  1. If it's the recipe that starts with these ingredients, I would recommend tilting to more guajillo and less ancho. Maybe 6/12 instead of 8/8 or something like that. Too much ancho just gets things kinda sweet and raisin-y. (Again, my opinion only, but you did reference a recipe I posted.) 2 lb beef chuck (cubed ~ 1/2") 1 lb pork loin (cubed ~ 1/2") 8 dried guajillo peppers 8 dried ancho peppers 4 dried chipotle peppers
  2. Oh, now they were SEVEN yards overthrown! Learn how to count yards, dude.
  3. Uh, we controlled the last 7 minutes of the clock and took a knee. It was a clear cut ass whooping.
  4. I wouldn't bet my house that we'll beat A&M, although I think we will. That said, just looking at very simple metrics, we are #1 in Total Defense and #18 in Total Offense, while A&M is #47 and #49, respectively.
  5. I won't even try to dig into Sagarin's algorithm, but he does have ND at #6 whereas Michigan is #36. Our other noncon opponents are CSU #83, UTSA #82, and ULM #127. A&M's are McNeese State #177, Bowling Green #91, and New Mexico State #174. So, their noncon crap is worse than our noncon crap, and by a bigger margin than the best noncon opponents each team played.
  6. I still love this one, even if it's 90% Bruce. His little digs on Charlie are awesome.
  7. That would be the holy grail of noise cancellation, yes.
  8. Holy shit you are peak Texas fan. Just the worst collection of whiny, know-nothing misanthropes on the internet. Remind me to never listen to your hot football takes again. By the way, Kirk Herbstreit has forgotten more about football than you've ever known and he clearly disagrees. Maybe stop drinking.
  9. Impossible to do except right at the source; i.e., an equivalent speaker array polling their noise and negating it with the out of phase equivalent.
  10. Let's not forget that Quinn did far better in the 2nd half against UGA than he had been doing when he took a seat. 60%, 194 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT, UT outscored UGA 15-7. Mind-blowing? No. But he somewhat redeemed himself.
  11. It's a perfectly legitimate concern. Now tell me that you think Sark is either (a) too stupid (b) too egotistical or (c) on the take. Every team has a relative weak spot. Ours is QB. Deal with it. All we should be wanting is for the QB who gives us the best chance of winning to be on the field. That's all that matters.
  12. . . . and (bear with me here) he put Quinn back in at the half. I know it's hard to see shit right in front of your face and understand the implications, but we have the facts right in front of us.
  13. Wish I had gone. Who took the SRV lead parts?
  14. LMAO you have no fucking idea if that's true. He put Quinn back in, that's what you saw.
  15. Counterpoint: Sagarin has Ole Miss' SOS behind ours (#38 vs #44). UGA and 'bama are well ahead (#1 and #9). I don't care what you think of Sagarin.
  16. I literally used the word "trash" to describe a stretch of Quinn's play yesterday. News flash: it's a team effort. Would we be better starting Arch against UK, A&M and whatever follows? Be honest.
  17. And Sark is telling you the answer isn't Arch. How thick are you? Do you really believe there is some fuckery going on behind the scenes, or that Sark suddenly got stupid?
  18. Which has jack shit to do with our ability to win games. That fluff hardware means nothing. Hey to Vince and Colt. Not my money. I don't give a fuck. By the way, Arch is making big money and Sark thinks Quinn is the better choice right now for this attempt at a title. Excuse me if I don't put a lot of stock in the opinions of a bunch of whiny fans on a football forum.
  19. Why do you need Quinn to be Tom Fucking Brady? Why don't you just need him to play within the system, something Arch arguably can't do yet, and WIN THE FUCKING GAMES?
