  1. Yea, good point. Ensure teachers desks are bigger than the door I guess, and teach kids how to set up a proper rugby scrum to keep that bitch locked in place. If only there was some other way to keep kids from school shootings other than coming up with Rude Goldberg safety processes. Guess we will never know.
  2. Train kids to push the teachers desk against the door, and bolt some 1/4” steel into the face of all desks so you can safely hold it against the door if the guy tries to vent the door out of frustration.
  3. Compartmentalizing is the only thing schools can really do. There are just too many variables at play with buildings that were designed to be schools, not fortresses. You can come up with all the lock processes in the world and then the shooter can walk up to the windows those kids jumped through and shoot just as many people. All their processes are there to delay as long as possible until the cops show up and neutralize the shooter.

    Brian Kelly to L$U

Against 3-8 Navy, 6-6 Virginia, 3-9 GT, and 3-9 Stanford. They played arguably the weakest of the current playoff top 4 and lost already. Their completely new offense didn’t give up 38 to that dumpster fire FSU team. Their best win is Wisconsin, which also got hammered by Michigan. I know there’s no transitive property in football but fuck man, they don’t have a resume that screams playoffs.

They got their asses beat in both those playoff appearances. It’s disingenuous to ignore the ND effect when it comes to polling. They string 3 wins together and are a top 5 team, so I can’t give Kelly any real credit there. Florida also beat the hell out of the Cincinnati team he bailed out of to take the ND job in the sugar bowl. Maybe that’s a better game if he stuck around, but I doubt it. We will certainly find out how solid he is playing in the SEC west.

After watching Florida play FSU last weekend, anyone that struggled with that team doesn’t deserve a sniff of the playoffs. They will get hammered by the current top 4.

Outside of his name, what about Cristobal screams Cuban? And what is Oregon’s culture outside of Nike money and a million uniform combinations? I guess I don’t see where there’s any real cultural conflict there. I agree that winning covers up any problems, but the second he isn’t winning is when that shit gets amplified.

I can’t get enough of this shit, and he hasn’t even done a PC yet and said something stupid like “I like boodane.” Also, there is going to be some big substitute teacher energy when he rolls into recruits homes trying to pronounce some southern Louisiana names.

Yes and no, you still have to have some feel for the fan base. I can’t wait for Kelly to try to shut down Neck and they burn his car or something. Meyer bought into energy stuff from the fan base, he wasn’t a complete stick in the mud. Saban doesn’t give a shit about any of that, he just coaches and let’s his psycho S&C guy get into that rah rah shit. Kelly seems like a guy that wears polos around the house on his day off. It’s going to be weird as fuck and I’m here for it.

If Brian Kelly is on Twitter he may be rethinking taking the job. So much roasting before he’s even opened his mouth in BR. Culture shock isn’t a strong enough term to describe moving from gumbo mouth to that dude.

LSU is the gift that keeps on giving.
  13. Yep, new age Bobby Bowden. He is used to being in a two horse race and knows that gets blown up in the SEC. He is also reading the tea leaves and knows Texas is about to become a bigger recruiting battleground because of the additional exposure of SEC schools. Outside of taxes and cost of living, he is moving up in every other aspect of his job.
  14. The South African DNC branch has been exposed. Checkmate libtards!
  15. Heupel has Tennessee trending up, wonder if he gets a look from someone desperate.
  16. KY radio is saying Mark Stoops to OU. I could see it.
  17. I thought there were multiple kids. One was at grandmas, the other(s?) witnessed his dad getting smoked.
  18. Our insiders are reporting that Stricklin will meet with Napier in person today for the first time. Not expecting a hire from this meeting, just in person negotiations for some of the things Napier is asking for.
  19. Member all those times you saw guys open carrying their M1 Garands at subway and shit? I member. Your post partially explains why they were so popular. You could get a reliable firearm for $20. There was also a lot of reverence for them by the sons and grandsons of the greatest generation. What you didn’t see is people buying them, covering them in accessories and open carrying them around town with bandoliers of HC magazines. Brisket is 100% correct, gun culture is very different now. A lot of guys buy ARs the same reason they buy F250s that they drive from their suburb home to their office in the city. Because fuck you/Murica, I’ll drive a 12MPG hard to park beast so I don’t look like a pussy when I’m with my fantasy football bros. Not painting all AR owners with that brush, but we all know at least one guy like that. They are the ones I fear because they aren’t good gun owners. Anyone that thinks “this situation is getting intense, I should pull a gun out to calm things down” is a fucking idiot that watches too many movies. Full disclosure, I own an AR. I bought it for a pig gun on our hunting ranch. Thats the only time it has ever been pulled out of the bag. Between growing up with guns and serving in the army I also don’t have any big fascination with it over any other firearm.
  20. So Lin Wood doesn’t like being the fall guy I guess. there are a few more audio files linked on the thread.
  21. I read somewhere it’s a 9mm low power something or other. It’s not suppressed but with the long barrel it just doesn’t have much of a report. That’s why the lady recording in the car didn’t think the guy got shot. She thought he got tased or something and started to realize something was wrong right at the end of the video.
  22. I’m pretty sure all of this harumphing is less about us applying the label as it is the media. Gotta keep beating that drum. I’m done with this until more info comes to light either way. I look forward to more non answers on why the terrorist drove past blocks of easy pickings on his way to terroristing.
