  1. Thanks for all season and this is totally understandable. We were still trying to get sitter logistics and plans set before buying. You’ve worked your ass off all season at these and you don’t deserve the added stress.
  2. Bought in for the season, see y’all Saturday.
  3. Conversations around tailgates and with people in the know said JT was more gung ho to start his pro career.
  4. Max is not draft eligible per his mother. JT is probably gone and Jalin has a decision to make.
  5. I saw online that longtime Austin radio personality David Anderson passed away yesterday. I met him a few times when I was in the business, great guy.
  6. Call Terry at Pflugerville Pfence
  7. Max Johnson to the portal per Chris Hummer on Twitter
  8. We always host and get Costco sets of the nicer plastic disposable plates. The only issue is they have to take them out of the dishwasher to put them in the recycle bin after my MIL tries to reuse them. If that’s the biggest issue I’m a lucky man
  9. Putting it here so I don’t forget. My buddy came by with the owners of Momo’s Michelada mix. Wants to work out a product donation for next year. I’ll message you Rick
  10. TV is working, beer is iced and Whataburger is out. Great success
  11. Great time Pre and post game. See y’all at Tech
  12. I have a smaller one, maybe a 32 or so, that you can borrow. I’m in Buda. Not a smart TV though
  13. Yeah Bloody Beers (Micheladas) seems like the easiest beverage option. I don’t drink coffee but when we have early meetings at work we get the Starbucks liters and they seem to stay warm. Looking forward to it
  14. Great tailgate again guys. Glad I was able to help set up even if I dropped a bunch of beans and rice containers (stupid cheap bag). Where was the food from, it was delicious?
  15. Great times!!! Great food, cold beer and good people. Thanks to all that put it on. See y’all at BYU.
  16. The wife and I are coming out for this one. I assume I can join Burnt Ends once I’m there. I read that you wanted us to wait until today but not going to pretend I read the whole thread.
  17. Bought the $99 report from ProtestingPropertyTaxes.com and had my hearing in Hays today. Their initial offer was $25K off, fuck that (I’m up 70% since my home was built in 2020). Asked for $110K off per my report. They settled after the hearing on $92K lower. Quick, easy experience and very happy with ProtestingPropertyTaxes.com
  18. I used Audio Visual consultations as well (advertising works) they did a good job at a reasonable price in 2021.
  19. My generous brothers and sisters, if just 70 of you can drink as little as 10 extra oz. of water a month, I believe we can tend to Pat Robertson's grave ETERNALLY--so dig deep--and the phone lines are now open!
  20. Hays County, built in 2020 (Q4 close), won protest to purchase price. Up 65% last year (won protest but only knocked off 6-8%) and up another 15% this year. Market value $100K more than any house in my neighborhood has sold for this year. Guess I’m getting my protest materials and charts together again.
  21. I went into afib last summer and was hospitalized. I only have an Apple Watch SE but even it tracks afib and gives me a report each Monday morning. The 8 has a lot more bells and whistles but my cardiologist told me I didn’t need to upgrade unless I really wanted to. My intake PA at Seton last summer told me his Apple Watch caught his afib for him as well.
  22. I don’t have all the different comps but if anyone wants a Trimlight Austin consult shoot me a pm and I’ll send you Justin’s contact. He owns the franchise here.
