  1. It's dumb to reveal how hurt you are over a snide sports columnist. I wouldn't have been aware of the existence of a sports writer named Sean Keeler two weeks ago. Now I'm almost compelled to read every shitty article he's ever written about CU and Deion.
  2. I saw the presser when he confronted the Keeler guy. Keeler wilted. The whole thing was dumb. Sanders is that idiot who acts like he has infinite wisdom to teach the entire room. Any room. He was even combative with the people who were there only to lob friendly pr. But he ran fast. Really fast. What a genius.
  3. That's harmless. My God.
  4. It's soft, bitchass behavior. It's 90's era colemn snark. Not the best entertainment but not the worst, if they're funny. If the rest of the Colorado sports media had any pride at all they'd skip the next couple of pressers It can be fun when one of the local guys play the contrarian shtick and antagonize local teams. It's a pretty tired trope, really, but it's harmless entertainment if it's done well. What an embarrassment for that athletic department to get so emotional over one chubby nerd at the frickin Denver Post. They beg for constant attention and then the entire athletic department folds over sarcasm. Fuck CU, collectively.
  5. I'm sure EA worked diligently with the best people to provide a seamless experience. They failed to provide coherent substitution features and can't get season schedules correct but I'm sure this will be fine.
  6. It's pretty incredible that they couldn't get rotating conference schedules correct. They had that right 3 consoles ago. I use cincinnati and am only in the middle of a third season. The big 12 schedules are already completely fucked. CU plays UCF twice in one season. It's clear that every conference is totally jacked up. After pimping "dynasty" so hard in marketing, how do you even allow that to launch? And there have been two patches and they still didn't address that? It's a fun game but it's hilarious that they took 12 years to get half the shit they had right 15 years ago wrong in 2024. Once they revealed that they couldn't code what is essentially just a day planner, I'm surprised that the entire development team isn't fired.
  7. I regret wanting to fuck RFK's wife but she's making a comeback.
  8. I have idea how you're doing that. I got cincinnati up to 4.5 star program and the best I can do is two to 4 5 stars and then o can barely muster 15 or 16 other players in a single class.
  9. I saw Helobious sucking on a chili dog outside the Tasty Freeze. He was gonna be a football star. Then this guy named Jack did stuff to him in the backseat of his car.
  10. It would be fun to watch some of these routes develop but EA said nah so a left tackle could just watch an end run right next them untouched. And every DT is apparently aaron donald. The ratings don't matter. A 70 overall dt will merc the shit out of a 95 guard just because the animation dictates it. There are almost too many flaws to list but the laziest one is that they fucked up scheduling in dynasty. If you schedule fun non con games it usually results in extrapolated fuckery for the entire schedule. I see teams that only play 4 games the entire season. Teams that play me and another team in the same week. Michigan hasn't played OSU once in the third season of my dynasty. Imagine not being able to program schedules on 5th generation consoles. "There's no way you guys would fail to program a day planner in 2024, right? Oh, that's too lofty of an expectation? Cool."
  11. Calling on @RomaVicta to post that weird gif of the puppet thing closing the door.
  12. I hope you can make it through this.
  13. Do you go to ESPN for erotic stimulation? Have you heard about that other outlet?
  14. White trash victimization has been the staple of Trump's populist nonsense. That currency is getting less valuable daily. It's far too early to tell, but it feels like even Trump's own supporters are beginning to get bored with this trope. Eight years of Trump complaining and whining finally seems to be losing steam.
  15. They should have called this game 2025 Get Sacked Repeatedly. There are routes that i don't even attempt because I know there won't be time. When I see routes with double breaks I just assume that's their version of comic relief. Even with prefect slide protections something like the comeback route is probably gong to take too long.
  16. Oh shit. Took me a second to realize that's a stove. That's a pretty expensive fuck off.
  17. His crazy insistence that he's been mistreated is so bizarre. Even at 4 - 8, he demands media attention. They oblige. He then somehow resents them for it. A standard, pre season presser -- he has to imagine some conjured, insidious antagonist. If there isn't one, he'll manufacture two. A guy praised him for improving their offensive line but he had to act like he was being attacked because the word "bolster" was used. For whatever idiotic reason, he doesn't like that word. Then the entire room has to be subjected to his Mr. Miyagi-like spiritual wisdom and linguistic authority. I honestly can't understand how people like him or buy into his petty grievance tour.
  18. Because of this video, I've always wanted to hear the R rolled when someone says democracy.
  19. "It's always croissant o'clock ... ." I was totally ambivalent about him. Until now.
  20. Just pick safe on punts and fg's. Every time.
  21. So every argument EA has made about editing players is completely pointless. You will have white cornerbacks who wear #49 and a left guard wearing #88 and like it.
  22. Mack is about to turn 73 and still radar scans the universe for negativity.
  23. What's pretty goofy is that so far I've found out that the best run defense, for me so far, is a cover 3 or cover 3 match. No, that absolutely should not be the case. The Will and the dollar back on the outsides are supposed to float back and cover the seam but they see the run instantly. Even bad players in that defense will crash down on any outside run, making it easier to funnel the back inside toward traffic. Also, the mike will float close to the middle and pursue the edge or the inside at the same time. Kinda dumb, but it works. If I run blitz or guess with slides I get roasted by the running back. Stacking the line usually leads to the back hitting a clean gap in traffic and they're gone. Outside of that and the instant pass rush, the concepts are mostly spot on. It's the best gameplay in any football game I've ever played. If you try to spam the same play just twice or even run similar route trees in different formations the cpu will slap you in the mouth.
  24. You are not. EA emphasized "wear and tear" and removed formation subs and any coherent way to replace starters during the game. It's a great game but with the typical unforced errors that only EA seems to accomplish in video games.
