  1. That's what they bring home after Aranda's Vagina Cigar debacle in Colorado. No way he makes through the season. What are the odds he makes it to next week?
  2. Not helpful with broad stereotypes.
  3. The deep state is doing a weather juke and he isn't falling for it.
  4. They should've said rape twice?
  5. Okay, watching Baylor right now is answering my question. And I'm even on this thread discussing how hapless this Baylor team is this year. The Baylor that took CU to OT on the road and had to squirt diarrhea down their own legs to find a way to lose. Sorry. Sometimes I have to jump in and tell myself to shut the fuck up.
  6. It should be legal to assault and throw projectiles at people who wear a t shirt under a blazer.
  7. They rely on their licensing. Without competition, there's really no incentive to dedicate toward a complete game. They do chincy bullshit like remove features that everyone liked in one iteration. Then the next year they'll market having the feature they shouldn't have removed in the first place. If Ubisoft or Rockstar spent 3 years building a detailed, high graphic and expert audio college football game they'd probably blow EA's tits off. Exclusivity is EA's wheelhouse. They can put out a clunker and not be punished for it. This game made a killing mainly because of nostalgia and a dearth of any college football game for 11 years. They fed a cracker to the starving masses.
  8. What am I missing? I saw UCF favored by as much as 15. They looked meh against TCU and there isn't much to glean from thumping New Hampshire and Sam Houston. KJ Jefferson can be a complete lummox. And they'll likely be playing in a rice paddy today. Is it Malazahn and the tempo? This game feels like a jump ball.
  9. Put the fumble slider back at 50. Make sure you aren't accidently hitting the lateral button.
  10. "I shouldn't be charged with a crime on account of my Fran Tarkebton's disease or whatever they call it."
  11. You know how people had posters of Vince Lombardi quotes? There should be a poster of this Brerr Favre quote: "If you were to pay me is there anyway the media could find out where the money came from?"
  12. Fine, I guess I'll go ahead and resign. Maybe that would be better for everyone in the long run. So you're saying you want me to stay? I think you're entitled to make a decision and should trust your instinct. Okay, I'll stay then. Get me a list of all the people who want me to stay. But before that, get me a list of all the people who don't.
  13. For extra lulz, consider that Deuce Knight was visiting auburn for the Arkansas game. Front row seats to the turbulence and watching fat Auburn fans weep and belllow like land manatees. I imagine even Lebby Briles could find a way to capitalize on that. Kiffin should. OU at home next week might be dicey for them. Win/win either way. Other than that, Vandy and ULM seem to be their only penciled W's. And Vandy is clearly plucky. Kentucky might find a way to do Stoops stuff. An Auburn metal barrel fire of old scratch off tickets and Miracle Whip jars would be fun to watch.
  14. Bo Wallace going scorched is entertaining. But listen to Freeze's post-game. It's really stunning how shittily he blamed his players. He didn't just hurl a qb under the bus. He smeared both quarterbacks. And then a few running backs. He's a total shithead and it'd be hard to find a program who deserves Hugh Freeze more than Auburn. Filth merchant and ranting old man from Poltergeist 2, Ian McCaw, revitalized Freeze as he found commonality and fellowship with him in morally bankruptcy -- another cretin who knows how to ride the religion grift for their own benefit. Auburn bought into the bullshit because Auburn. Fuck them. This will be enjoyable. Feed Bo Wallace handfuls of Vicodin and cheap whiskey and turn him loose. What a blast.
  15. Total speculation, but I think a thing Mack does is identify multiple power pivots of a program, whether it be administration or significant donors, and form deep, lifelong friendships with them. I think he's very good at that, especially one on one. I'm not saying those friendships are all disingenuous, but he does tend to barricade himself inside loyal power brokers. I think he's very tactical and focused on buying himself longevity. Before someone inside a program can even entertain a change in coaching direction, they have to weave their way through his loyalty armor. Honestly, I believe a lot of people do this, in any occupation, just as a self preservation bubble. But I think there are few people as good or better at that than Mack Brown. It'd be interesting to hear from someone in the UNC realm who knows the ins and outs of their decision hierarchy. I'd wager that Mack has long, late night phone calls with several of them where he tells them everything he's learned they like to hear about themselves.
  16. He wouldn't be out there killing himself against JMU if he was resigning.
  17. Matt Rhule is 2-20 against ranked teams. Yeah, most of his teams were in a rebuilding phase, but damn.
  18. queef
  19. Baylor is sewage and I guess they can go 3 - 9 if they can beat either Kansas or Houston. I watched Baylor start to finish vs Utah because I'm a nerd. I don't know why, but I assumed they would have something to build on from last year. How could they not? They might be worse this year. I have no idea how the wheels fell off there. Yes, they will probably have another 3-9 season of hilarity. I'm sure the Kinne maneuvering is already in motion and everyone within the program is already in fuck it mode. Cincinnati should've beat Pitt. But that's probably a CU win since it's in Boulder. Hard to tell this early. But once CU gets to that part of the schedule they'll be facing teams that at least have narrow pockets of competency. Cincinnati's qb Sorsby can move the ball. I don't know what to expect from Texas Tech. But it's in Lubbock. Good call, Micah hudson. I think he has one catch this season. It's honestly kind of embarrassing that I've been this ruminative about Big 12 football.
  20. I imagine Baylor's offense will continue to resemble a viscous fluid that drips from an ape's ass. Sawyer Robertson played quarterback against AF. I don't know when the Quinn guy will be back. Nobody does. No one has even asked. Not even Aranda. Before it could be brought up he mumbled some metaphor about the Berenstein Bears and then got paranoid that someone might have seen him smile last week. If Dawson Pendergrass can run on CU they should feel bad and CSU should feel worse. Colorado will win this one and Shilo will roundhouse an old lady in the face to celebrate.
  21. It was odd how those CSU players were allowed to unload double barrels of crazy shit talk. I kept wondering if they had some certainty on match-ups or were keen on an obscure advantage. I couldn't glean anything from them against Texas. Their dt, #91, looked like he was okay -- stretched a couple runs and held up okay inside. The guy from duncanville. Blackburn can tackle but he's kind of stiff in coverage. They hyped up their unveiling of meh.
  22. I just imagined running into him at an old timey pub in rural Ireland and to be quite honest it didn't feel like a realistic setting.
  23. He has panache. And a mustache.
