  1. Texans received two 7th-round picks (230 and 248) for pick no. 191 (6th). The Eagles just flipped 191 for a 5th rounder next year. There goes Coburn to the Chiefs
  2. I wonder if Tanner McKee was who the Eagles were targeting when they made this trade (Nevermind. I thought that was #191, which the Eagles just traded to the Bucs)
  3. Jaelyn Duncan just about does it for draftable tackles. Boutte finally drafted (NE). Boutte versus Kaiser Bill should be interesting.
  4. Coburn and Ojomo are the top 2 remaining defensive tackles
  5. The kid the Cowboys picked wasn't on anyone's radar until the Southern Miss pro day. Apparently, his workout really opened some eyes to his athleticism.
  6. If the Eagles meet the Texans in the Super Bowl it will be an SEC title game ... and, will go somewhere on the wall of champions outside of Kyle Field.
  7. Es verdad. They just corrected the tweet to 191.
  8. woops. They just traded 201 for Eagles' 230 and 248. Probably going to take UGA at 201.
  9. FIFY
  10. Scattershooting, what do you think the Jets will eventually accept in exchange for Zach Wilson? Eventually. Over/under 3rd Round
  11. True. That applies to any round, any pick. Today, however, as I sit here farting into my couch cushions, I can only judge picks on where they were selected versus where they should have been picked, and to a lesser extent the needs of the team that drafted him.
  12. It's not who (player), but when/where that player is drafted that I find interesting and leaves teams open to criticism during the draft.
  13. You know, Keondre Coburn may be an option @ 174 for Houston.
  14. Ringo is going to wind up being a safety in the league. If you want a safety, I can't believe Antonio Johnson is in such a downward spiral. I hope he lasts for the Texans next pick.
  15. quarterback land slide. Look out below.
  16. Steelers stick to their plan and draft players that fit their criteria. That's their formula for success.
  17. Per Zierlein, he got rave reviews at East-West shrine game and really boosted his stock. The question is whether the Cowboys will ask him to add weight and stay inside.
  18. Brian Branch. Props to him for coming back tonight. The Lions finally did something right.
  19. from the intra webs...
  20. They played this on The Ticket this morning. Jerry Jones, clearly, a couple of drinks into his post-draft celebration (NTTAWWT), was being flippant because the reporters wouldn't let him off the hook about a statement he made previously about Mazi Smith being in the Cowboy's "top 15" prospects. Will McClay was explaining the Cowboys had Smith ranked right about where they landed him and Jones had clearly had enough and blurted out that Mazi Smith was "14th" out of their top-15. It's a good pick and they certainly didn't need a tight end. It will be interesting to see if he is more than just a run stuffer. He wasn't asked to push upfield at Michigan and didn't have any significant impact behind the line of scrimmage or numbers insofar as TFLs and sacks.
  21. The Jets clearly don't understand "value"
  22. The Eagles gave up a 4th rounder next year to move up one spot
  23. By taking Stroud at 2 they gutted the market for the Cardinals pick, and still gave up a shit ton for it. Who were they bidding against?
  24. Arizona just spent the Texans 12 and no 34 for Paris Johnson
