  2. Could have just bought this for about tree-fiddy
  3. 1990 Texas 14-13. R.D. Lashar misses the game winner.
  4. Dyer Stadium. I hated that place, and Delmar wasn't much better. I liked playing at Butler Stadium out on S. Main.
  5. Not to mention vacuum his carpet, hide the autographed picture of Jimbo, and remove the plastic covers from his sofa
  6. What's your pick? My gut says "Ready Player One," but Infinity War is catching up.
  7. Clearly you believe you're entitled to your own facts. I disagree. My current opinion is you are a self-righteous twat. I actually see that.
  8. You're entitled to your amateurish scientific [lengthy] opinion. I see Tatum hitting Fuqua and the ball ricocheting backwards off Fuqua's hands. Fuck the Steelers.
  9. How in the heck do we get five pages into this thread without anyone citing the travesty of "Kramer vs. Kramer" (1980) over "Apocalypse Now," "Breaking Away," and "Norma Rae?" Also, in my "Mathis or Sinatra," "it's Presley" moment ("Diner," 1982), in 1978 I'll take "The Goodbye Girl" over both "Annie Hall" and "Star Wars," simply because of Richard Dreyfus' performance.
  10. Perhaps, but I'm the douchebag that left the WR position out entirely.
  11. Well Homer, there's not any one of those four that Allen could replace without an argument. Good luck with that Asperger's though.
  12. Fodder for discussion. QB Brees Montana PManning Brady RB Sanders ESmith Brown Payton OL Munoz Upshaw Webster Hannah TE Gonzalez Newsome Casper Witten Offense Mt. Rushmore Brady Brown Munoz Gonzalez
  13. Drew Pearson shoving off the Viking defensive back on the 1975 Hail Mary. Should have been called for offensive pass interference. Franco Harris' "Immaculate Reception" should have been waived off for breaking the "double touch" rule.
  14. I appreciate it. Thanks. I've experienced one flash-flood while backpacking. Spent about 3-hours pacing back and forth on high ground hoping and praying that my son made it above the water as well. That's enough for one lifetime.
  15. BBQ2Bayou If you're interested in backpacking you could hit the Eagle Rock Loop in Ouachita National Forest. We are starting at the Little Missouri Falls trailhead and doing the loop this weekend. Supposed to get down to 19 on Saturday, with snow showers. Should be fun (not really, but screw it).
  16. It isn't a "copout." The Dome was always sold-out until Bud signed the deal with Nashville. The price for keeping the Oilers was keeping Bud Adams. Bob Lanier, and the Houston power brokers, including Les Alexander, were convinced that Houston would get an expansion franchise almost immediately and the majority of fans were more than willing to let Adams haul ass. It just took longer than expected.
