  1. Every other picture on there is our guys celebrating together or jumping on each other or a still shot post game. Then in the middle there's just BJ lighting up Fromm.
  2. I know. But sometimes they'll still put out some of the class "I'm told..." reports which is what I was referring to.
  3. One by Green, one by Boyce. Boyce also had one in the raw video. Maybe we'll get a good competition for that #2 CB spot. Also, kinda surprised we don't have a bunch of 'sourced' notes for the practice today.
  4. I remember not being that impressed by Wiley end of last spring. He was kind of dragging his feet and the only other contenders were UH and Mizzou. I'm glad the staff is smarter than me.
  5. Holy shit LOL. I really wish that place was more active so we could have some comments. I'm kind of rooting for them because of some of the other stuff they've published that was negative for A&M.
  6. To be fair, in the same article they said Ringo would visit OU next. I think we're still up there for Flowe but we need to get him on campus (obviously).
  7. Rivals nationals has put out a couple articles with relevant info recently Sav'ell Smalls: Plans to visit at some point during the spring or summer. He'll have a top 6 at the end of summer (5 OVs + UW) Justin Flowe: Recently visited some SEC schools and Clemson. Nearly committed to UGA while he was there but held off. Kelee Ringo: His next visit will be to OU LMAO Mookie Cooper: I've been thinking we'd still land him later on, but his interview is a total 180 and leaves a really sour taste. In the comments Ketch said he thinks somebody negative recruited us really hard, but I don't think he actually knows anything. The big receivers comment is interesting though (and also really stupid.) Anyways, Smalls to me is a nonstarter until he makes it to campus, and it looks like Flowe might be trending that way too. Cooper seems like a total reset. I'd take Ringo over all of them though so at least that's going well.
  8. I also remember him getting blown up while trying to block but maybe I just remember the negatives with CWIII
  9. That one is absolutely the wildcard. I needed one to be at least super bold. We saw it happen with Cosmi last year so it's possible, but obviously winning the starting job is the first step.
  10. (Moving this from the other thread) Since spring practice started today, here's a way-too-early bold predictions for next year: All three of Jones, Foster, and Sterns are All-Big 12 safeties One of them wins Big 12 Defensive POY Whittington has 1200 all-purpose yards Christian Jones makes FR All-American We don't have a 1000 yard rusher Record prediction: 10-3 (not including a potential CCG)

  12. Amazing how SEC is A&M's biggest recruiting advantage yet it is suddenly becoming a huge recruiting disadvantage.
  13. Bryson Washington too I believe (although he joined Ro recently IIRC)
  14. Ah, all that stuff about Texas/Herman/BC being jealous makes a lot more sense once you realize it's projection
  15. So if his family gets fired along with Lovie this year then what, follow him to whatever FCS school he ends up at?
  16. McCoy in the Texas polo doing the hook em at the end is still a bit surreal
  17. I like the logic of that second guy: Herman missed on guys in state last year. That's bad. Fisher is going OOS this year because the guys aren't even interested. That's good.
  18. It's the This Is Texas lanyard they get during visits
  19. CMV: It's more likely that Illinois wins 3 games and Lovie and co. get cleaned out (including the Trinity coach) than it is that they sign Mookie.
  20. If they think they'll need to make a bowl to keep Mookie I feel pretty good about it. This is Illinois. I think we'll be fine.
  21. Yeah let's just take all the guys that are easy. I'm sure that wouldn't lead to a Mack 2.0 situation. People that don't like drama shouldn't get too invested in recruiting. You can't land elite classes without it.
  22. The Mookie thing sucks. But we also were about to lose Washington/Shepherd/Watson/Grandy/Hookfin in the last two years before the staff pulled it off. And Bru on top of that. Keep pursuing Mookie because there's no reason not to.
  23. I think we'll get it next year. Not only is it a top 10 matchup, the game will be much closer. A&M is like a 20+ point dog right now.
