You mean the Constitution that says the House of Representatives has to first vote on whether or not to hold impeachment hearings before they can have impeachment hearings?  That Constitution?  The same Constitution that says the accused has the right to face his accuser while Democrats in Congress insist on having the whistle blower testify in anonymity.  That Constitution?  The Constitution that put in place the Electoral Congress system that every Democrat wants abolished every year they lose an election?  That Constitution? The Constitution that every fucking Democrat with a chance to win the nomination in 2020 has claimed they will try to violate in one way or another if they win? (Except O'Rourke who has basically stated he plans to violate the Constitution in every way if he wins, oh wait I said Democrats that have a chance to win the nomination scratch that then. ) Since when do any of you fucks actually give a rat's ass about the Constitution.  All you care about is getting your way whether anyone else wants it or not.

Hey coward, care to retort to the numerous posters who have shown you have no idea what you're talking about?  Nope?

I anxiously await your next post of legal analysis that was copied and pasted from the comment section of Brietbart?

    Coward.

To self "do not engage left wing kooks. They get their little feelings hurt when you do not agree with them."

Since you've come back to this board to take a shot, care to comment on the Trump sanctioned ethnic cleansing of our allies?

Or do you just want to talk about cartoons?

If I'm being totally honest, I guess I quit on the Oilers the day of the Bills game. That's how I've really always seen it. I only paid passing attention after that. I was a young teenager. We watched the whole game, of course, and I watched my father melt all the way down - moaning, pulling at his hair, jumping up and down and screaming violent shit at the tv, and then a buddy and I went to the indoor batting cages.

I came home about 3 hours later and the living room was dimly lit with the tv off. My mother, who doesn't tolerate much bullshit about sports bringing the atmosphere down, pulled me aside when I came in and told me to just leave my father alone and he'd be better tomorrow. "Um, okay, mom. Where is he?" My Mother: "He hasn't moved. He's still sitting right where we was when you left. You didn't see him when you came in?" I walked back around the corner and sure enough, he was still sitting with one leg across his lap, chin resting on a fist propped up by an elbow, with a 1000 yard stare in the direction of the tv. Woke up the next day and he was fine. It was years before we spoke of that game in the apartment.

My grandfather had been a season ticket holder since the inaugural season in Houston.  After the Bills game, he refused to renew and never watched another Oilers game - in person or on TV - for the rest of his life.  He died a few years after they moved to Tennessee. Thanks Bud.

this is our concern, dude. remember the Mueller Report, the one that clearly laid out crimes committed by the President of the United  States?   the one that is in everyone’s rear view mirror right now?   i remember that one.   pretty good chance this will all be behind us and everyone will be worked up about the next set of crimes and treason that will have no real consequences within the next several weeks.  next.

    Ah, well nevertheless

Wow. This is nazi level shit.

I guess we can now see first hand how/why people didn’t intervene early during the holocaust.

Not only not intervene, you have people on this site urging the NBA to shut up and appease China so as not to hurt the bottom line.

This is exactly what they want. Anyone remember the 2012 postmortem?  They looked at the analysis that said the only viable path forward was inclusiveness, and a toning down of the then implicit racist messaging.

They said fuck that, elected Donald Trump, and sold most of what they allegedly believed in for a few extra bucks.

They know the long term consequences. They know the only way to stem the tide is rigging the system.

The GOP let this happen.  They nominated this fucking lunatic.  They supported him.  They fucking DEFENDED him.  All while it was crystal fucking clear to anyone with half a brain and a shred of dignity that he is a traitor who is selling out our country.

Do not forget that.  And do not forgive it.

Well, that certainly seems accurate, but hey, have you met my friend Tom? He's got his own theory and it will shake you to your core.

What Ttom presupposes is, maybe its actually your fault?

Yeah, I would save them for game 5.  Starting JV on short rest in game 4 is a panic move.  The Rays have to bullpen it tomorrow, so it's not like they are trotting out an ace.

I mean, we'd still have GC throwing in game 5, so it kinda makes sense.  And honestly, I'd prefer a mortally wounded JV on the mound over a troupe of middle bullpen guys, who at least lately, seem to have forgotten how to pitch.

I see what you're saying, but at some point it needs to be fixed, or reduced.

Wouldn't curving illegal immigration help the homeless get jobs?

Just so you are aware, in Los Angeles, it is estimated that around half of the homeless have jobs. They just don't have jobs that provide basic shelter. The majority of the folks who do not have jobs have mental health issues.

This is not a population of lazy people.
