its time to train people do do the jobs of the future, not the past. Jobs like *checks notes* working in assembly lines or sewing garments
  3. I'm not saying the police report is inaccurate, but there's a reason body worn cams and dashboard cams became a thing. Anyone know if either were in use during this incident?
  4. Even with the field sobriety tests, its not an easy case for the DA. This is akin to you getting pulled over, them finding a bottle of alcohol in your car, and then you performing poorly on FSTs. Missing any evidence of actual consumption - smell on breath, admission of drinking, etc.

Kiper whining about Saints passing on Sanders and then says Banks had a bad year. Do they usually give the Outland to people who had bad years?
  8. Response spoilered, although not sure it needs to be:

oh yeah, and I'm not one to judge. I went from being a very athletic and fit HS Senior to a fucking tub of lard by the end of my freshman year in college. 15 pounds to my neck alone.

I quite drinking near 20 years ago. Usually watch what I eat but have a major sweet-tooth. Never was into candy, desert, etc., until I quit drinking. At which point I began craving the stuff. Last couple of years I'd really fallen off my exercise goals, but since my weight was only about 5-10+ from where I wanted it, I wasn't too concerned. Then went for routine doc visit and blood work. Boom, prediabetic. That lit a fire under my ass. Back to running, and lifting 2x a week. Cut down on sugar and increased my veggie, fiber, and protein intake. Most recent test showed that I was in the clear and no longer in prediabetic territory.
