  1. Literally campaigned on this strategy being a guaranteed way to start WWIII.
  2. Hey @Enchubben which white person's seat did he steal from a more deserving candidate at St. John's or West Point? Or is that just for Black people on the left?
  3. the narrative? who cares about the narrative? OU can spend all offseason puffing up their chest and playing the "what if" game for all I care. was Alabama sad that they had to beat a Garret Gilbert-led Texas team in the NC? Or did they just celebrate the NC and say fuck the narrative?
  4. Poor man dedicates his life to stopping chemtrails, supporting Trump, and, well, being poor Patty The Patriot wants a handout Sgt. Disabled has finally figured out the math behind tariffs, and he's NOT happy Ah, Marylin. A classic case of supporting a convicted felon for president only to find out that he's actually helping the young poors and not the old poors. Oops. Here's a delicious face. Antivaxers are furious that RFK linked Autism to Tylenol when we all know its the vaccines! Follow the science morans! https://arstechnica.com/health/2025/09/anti-vaccine-groups-melt-down-over-reports-rfk-jr-to-link-autism-to-tylenol/
  5. i want to believe that those two tiktokers in the OP are just having a laugh, but honestly, who the fuck knows
  6. I think I've told this story before, but I have a friend who worked in the digital media production world, and his company produced digital media content with a leftist/liberal spin. They were approached by some of the younger, feistier Dem congressional candidates to produce campaign content. Aimed at the youth, and edgier than typical political advertisements. Pelosi got wind of it and told the candidates they could only use the "approved" content creators and that if they went ahead with their own content, there would be financial repercussions down the road. They all backed out. Bethany Johnson (running for Dem seat in Illinois) just did an AMA on Reddit and delivered this answer. Would like to see more of this: I'm not. I'm running to Represent District 9. I don't give a good goddamn what Republicans want. This isn't a district where Republicans live. Nobody asks Republicans in Oklahoma how they're going to represent progressives in big cities, but I seem to get your question over and over again. I'm not going to represent their values, and I couldn't give less of a shit about them. Now, if a Republican here in this district needs help from the Constituent office? Oh, we'll help them like they've never been helped before. But I don't care about their values. This is a job to Represent the people of District 9. I don't see that happening, to be honest. I live in a very progressive District. I'm running to represent this very progressive District.
  7. Foosters

    Goose

I'd say that matches my experience with the two shows I've seen, although I didn't see much of the flat-brim truck crowd. I did hear that the Barstool community has been promoting/sharing goose stuff as of late, which may explain that. Definitely fewer wooks
  8. Classic. Hey, mods, nothing in these posts violate any of the rules, but I'm personally offended, so would you please remove everyone's ability to post? Actually pretty similar to "sure, the first amendment protects this speech, but this particular speech really made me angry and sad, so exceptions should be made." Bitch ass snowflake behavior.
  9. oh, it was probably smaller than that. And our neighbor was a 78 year old retired plumber. Across the street neighbor was a guy who always had a budweiser in his hand and suspenders over an undershirt. Different place for sure.
  10. Monday Dump: This one's great: https://www.sacbee.com/news/politics-government/capitol-alert/article308078380.html
  11. Yeah, like 80% of the reason you live inside the loop is to judge those outside. On a related note, I was talking to my parents recently and they let slip that their West University starter home only cost 32k in 1980.
  12. I noticed that too this morning. Arch basically just mimicking what 6 did to him on the tackle
  13. Foosters

    Ringing endorsement
  14. Saw them open for Okkervil River in a tiny little venue in San Diego circa 2010. Place had like 7 foot ceilings. Blew the doors off
  15. We don't like him He doesn't like us He doesn't like our posts We don't like his posts Half the people here have him on ignore *Voluntarily spends half of every day of his adult life with us and calls us pathological yikes.gif
  16. Gonna be honest, that's the first place I ever heard it too
  17. From a few years ago, but man, I really love their version. Goose covers The Who's Eminence Front
  18. Lincoln
  19. i think Texas Exes has a gardening club association that might be more your style
  20. oh man, you should see what's happened to American Christianity in the last 20 or so years...
  21. Reddit, in general is younger and left. Shit, even the NFL subreddit is pretty far left when it comes to social issues that bleed into the sport.
  22. While there are addicts who seek out fentanyl, the myriad stories of "normal" people OD'ing on the stuff was almost always unintentional as it was mixed in with their coke, unbeknownst to them. Our white collar weekend partiers and college kids weren't intentionally scoring fent. its why anyone I know who partakes, always has a fent test kit before they use. You just never know.
  23. Every word you wrote applies to me. But, I'm an introvert by nature and was already planning to cash out my LA equity for a place with some land, so a move to a foreign country wouldn't be that much different, I guess.
  24. check out the big brain on Ronda! Michelle spent all her money Trump posters and is now poor! Noted economist, Kim, is sounding the alarm (cameo from St. Charles) Dan's meme and emoji game is strong. Critical thinking? Not so much
