  1. cmon jake, load em up for Cam
  2. Yep. For all the shithate this board throws at Judge (myself included), he has two 50+ hr seasons and one 60+ hr season while Yordan hasn't yet hit 40 HR in a single season and is currently on pace for 15 homers this season and -0.5 WAR. Yordan sucks right now and needs to play less like a bitch.
  3. so nobody mentioned Lance missing his scheduled start yesterday for CC? At least this time is just stomach discomfort. But man, it's always something with this guy.
  4. Great time to sit Yordan considering he hit his second hr of the season yesterday. WTF Joe.
  5. Yeah jeez, you know it's going bad for this offense when the only players on the team with a higher OPS than Pena are Altuve, Paredes, and Chas. And Paredes is the only one above .800 by as bare as barely gets.
  6. Sugar Land won 6-2 last night. Guess who took the W.....
  7. I still don't understand how they didn't rule that a catch on replay.
  8. Not if it helps the home team and the fan has an equal right to the ball. If an outfielder is leaping over the wall to take an Altuve home run away and his glove is in your crotch, you absolutely should knock the shit out of that glove to keep him from making the catch.
  9. I agree generally but Trout made the catch first and he took the ball out of his glove. He should have first prevented Trout from catching it but he didn't and pulled a Yankee fan move Houston-style.
  10. McCullers tonight in Sugar Land 4 ip 1 H 0 R 0 ER 1 BB 1 K 61 pitches 42 strikes
  11. that was absolutely crazy
  12. i suspect they are going to send him down soon to get regular at bats
  13. again....the bullpen is not the problem. just gotta get Yordan and Yainer's heads out of their asses and hope that Christian Walker will eventually hit for some power with Paredes not pulling everything too far left.
  14. Since that Sat loss at Minnesota, Cam has played three games and gone 5-for-11 with one triple, one homer, one walk, and one strikeout. He was slashing .111/.238/.111 after that 7-1 loss to the Twins. His slash line today is .241/.333/.747.414 edit: his ops today is .747, not his slugging
  15. hey kid keep doing what you're doing but move closer to the plate?
  16. Ok I'll give some smoke to Espada for that one. Really questionable imo to not bring in Van Wey fresh with nobody on base and a big lead. That's a perfect opportunity to get him a taste of the bigs.
  17. I forgot about Van Wey. Yeah I agree to a point and would have much rather seen him pitch with that five run lead.
  18. ^^^^^This right here Getting Whitley and Ort back soon will hopefully add some depth to the bullpen. Terrible fucking loss though regardless
  19. why??? he got us out of a jam in the 7th and was fresh. He fucked up with the walks and got yanked and Okert pitched pretty well given the hand he was dealt. Getting an insurance run back after Arozarena's grand slam should have put the nail in their coffin with our best remaining reliever available.
  20. nah that's silly. Abreu was given a two-run lead with three outs to go and pitched like a mental midget.
  21. That loss is 100% on Bryan Abreu
