  1. That was for you mfer
  2. Suck it haters!!!
  3. so you're saying you'd like to mount Yainer?
  4. You have to wonder if this has been an issue this season and has affected his play. It will be interesting to see if Singleton and Diaz start playing 1B regularly in the next week or so.
  5. that 6-7-8-9 in the order went from boldly beautiful to stinky ugly just by swapping out McCormick for Dubon in the 7 spot.
  6. Chance to gain a half game on Arlington today. They are off and finally back on the road against a winning team this weekend (@SF). I like that lineup a lot.
  7. Dubon 4 Pena 6 Yordan DH Tucker 9 Bregman 5 Diaz 2 McCormick 7 Meyers 8 Singleton 3 is my guess
  8. KInda comical to see Arlington fans tempting the BBGs like that when they're only two games up in August with the two-time world champs and four-time AL champs right on their heels and a red-hot Seattle team 5.5 out after winning seven straight.
  9. we love you wu but please stop doing this weird flex
  10. From yesterday's Athletic piece, before today's Julks news:
  11. yeah but there are plenty of choices to remove from the 40 man. Looking at you Bligh Madris and Joel Kuhnel.
  12. no doubt it's Singleton coming up
  13. Aidan Resnick big mad right now.
  14. FUCK THA HATERZ!!! lolol
  15. Ha Stanton wtf are you doing????
  16. DADDY IS HOME
  17. whew he went around
  18. and this here is the best argument for him playing every day. I'm not Team Maldy, I just repeat what has been reported and said by pitchers and insiders about Machete being the staff's QB and whatnot and how Diaz has to learn how to prepare to call games etc but he's getting there yadda yadda yadda. Diaz can only do this by playing more, not less. You cannot put his bat on the bench with Kessinger's in the lineup. Fuck it, call up Singleton if you need to give Abreu a day off.
  19. I came here to post this. Almost like Dusty listens to Wulaw's podcast and said that just for him.
  20. Pure greatness
  21. he's a weird case though because he sucked so long ago and was probably brought up to the big leagues way before he was ready and now, at the age of 31, he's mashing AAA pitchers and pushing for another promotion. It's hard to draw too many conclusions from his most recent ML stint with Milwaukee because he only had like 29 AB before they DFA'd him because they needed a roster spot for Jesse Winker returning from the IL. He subsequently refused assignment to the minors and became a free agent. The odds aren't great that he's anything but AAAA player, but who knows, maybe he's figured it out now that he's in his early 30's?
  22. Agree or nah?
