    So Andre 3000 has a new album coming out and . . . it's a flute instrumental? https://pitchfork.com/news/andre-3000-releasing-solo-album-new-blue-sun-this-week/
  2. Wow his name actually is Markwayne.
  3. I think they should look at Tim DeRuyter. He was their interim coach after they fired Sherman, and he's 1-0 as the Aggie head coach. You literally cannot get better than that! Seriously though, he's probably their best coach since R.C. Slocum.
  4. I really can't believe they did that.
  5. Justice Hecht is 74. He said something in some opinion 15+ years ago that I strongly disagreed with and I haven't like him since. I don't even remember what it was. Anyway, Texans gave him a "fuck you" yesterday and I am slightly pleased with that. Get off the bench old man.
  6. I grew up very religious. When I was in my early 30's, I realized that either God doesn't hear my prayers or he or she doesn't give a shit. Of course, God could also be powerless as well. I don't understand how people are still religious when they get older. We all have to grow up some time.
  7. Wow I had forgotten they had a football team.
  8. I'll never forget Game 6 of the 2011 World Series. It was so nice to see that final called strike!
  9. I was going to say that she looks like a pig, but I love pigs and don't want to insult them.
  10. I didn't check if this was already posted, but listen to this 10-year old: https://www.pbs.org/newshour/show/never-thought-id-grow-up-and-get-a-bullet-in-my-leg-says-10-year-old-victim-in-maine#audio Welcome to America Zoey. Our generations have failed you. Maybe you can help do something about it.
  11. This reminds me of a judicial foreclosure case years ago, where a bank held a first lien and an inferior lien. Florida law required all lienholders to be joined, so the bank sued itself.
  12. I'm no legal scholar, and certainly not knowledgeable about New York civil procedure, but when moving for a directed verdict, doesn't there need to a be a jury to, you know, direct?
