  1. You're right about this. If you die from covid you had a horrible death.
  2. Yeah it's kind of funny how those who are good at math are into vaccines and masking and shit.
  3. What kind of fucking moron would go to work with a fever during a pandemic?
  4. I don't feel sympathy for those who recklessly spread misinformation and thus prolonged human suffering. People like R. Loren Sanford, a pastor who used his pulpit to speak about things he did not understand. People who act like authorities and know that others are going to act on their words. My sympathy is for those who are otherwise innocent but put their trust in the wrong people.
  5. I would like to take a second to grieve the deaths of all these antivaxxers. They are dying some horrible deaths, and at some level they're not at fault. They are not great thinkers. They never got past the denial stage. They get medical advice from odd places because this is America. Then they get on the Internet and see others who think like they do, and they feel empowered and emboldened. Many have profited off of this. It's quite sad, actually.
  6. What a horrible way to die though. Alone, sick, desperately trying to breathe but your lungs won't let you.
  7. My mom knew an older lady in a hill country town who was an antivaxxer. She caught it and never told anyone or left the house. They found her dead.
  8. Economically it's an easy decision. So that means either they're bad at economic decision-making or they're taking into account other things, such as ideology. And I understand wanting to wait awhile before getting vaccinated, but how long is enough? It's been six months since it was readily available. I think that's enough time. We are in a crisis, but are being held back by those making terrible economic decisions.
  9. Hardest decision of his life? What the fuck? I simply don't understand these people.
  10. I'm sure right-wing media will tell us that it's pretty normal for the flu to kill as many family members in 3 weeks.
  11. Dying is one way of becoming naturally immune.
  12. But the vaccine may make you feel somewhat crummy for a day or two.
  13. https://www.nytimes.com/2021/09/18/health/covid-antibody-regeneron.html Lanson Jones of Houston, Texas, seems like he has a difficult time understanding things.
  14. Do people actually pay those prices for that stuff?
  15. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/oregon-doctor-s-license-revoked-over-refusal-wear-mask-during-n1250092 Holy shit.
  16. He has all his teeth, and in Alabama that's a big deal.
  17. Wow they punched a girl. Wonder if that made them feel manly.
  18. I mean deeply appealing to the stupid and vile. If Donald Trump isn't on the Apprentice does he become President?
  19. If they really want to keep them away they can set up free covid vaccination sites all around the capitol building.
  20. Trump's biggest gift is his ability to convince stupid people that he's something he's not.
  21. Oh man I had forgotten that Joe Diffie died of Covid.
