I'm going to laugh at all of you when Jake Smith shows up on an NFL roster.
And Garrett Gilbert throws him a TD pass.

Bugged my Infx Disease MD friend today, suggested that this wasn't going to be anything substantial. I hope she is right.

back to the machine and mask for me. A little background- victim of UPPP in 2007, never helped once, then I had my turbinates drilled out in 2013. I never adjusted well to the machine. Never used it. I have now lost weight. Summer 2020 - 240, the other day 216 - 57 years old. 5' 11" Never too old, right?
Did the at-home test the other day, Apnea supposed to be down to mild... feels just as bad as ever to me, but what do I know? am thinking full face mask. Dr. wanted to know if I have dry mouth when I wake up...said yes.
I meet with respiratory therapist to pick masks next month. Other than full face mask any advice? Do all machines require distilled water? Are masks and machines much better than ten years ago? Sure hoping for that.
Yes, they are better, not perfect, but better. Always safer to start with a full face and you can change it later if it doesn't work. All machines recommend distilled water, unless you turn off the humidifier.
Also, there are now 4 companies FDA approved (previously 2). One of the DME companies locally is getting lots of 3B machines. They seem to be good. They don't have the built in modem but otherwise it's very comparable. I have one patient who feels it is louder and is having a hard time, but most of my patient's haven't mentioned it as an issue.

I was just suggesting these two comments are the same.

Eh, it's not like it's your Russian blood money.
Better get those out while you can.

It's pretty amazing that Kepa could be considered Chelsea's worst purchases.
I mean you have Drinkwater, Bakayoko, Torres, Morata, Shevchenko, Bats.... But fuck 72mil pounds for a back up keeper. So bad.

Liverpool fans watching Lampard guide Everton out of Rafa's tailspin of a season.

As well, Rafa had guided Everton into a 1 win in 15 games stretch just before being canned. One could argue that the trend would continue through the end of the season if Lampard had not been brought in.

Frank is great. He almost destroyed Chelsea and Everton. I look forward to him managing several clubs in the EPL.
See the jealousy burning through?

They are all just jealous he is better than Gerrard.
I fully expect him to have success as a manager. Going from Derby after 1 year to Chelsea during a transfer ban he did much better than expected. He made due with a bunch of talented youth (Mount, James, Tammy) and guided Chelsea to 4th in the EPL and an FA Cup Final. I think he learned quite a bit and will do fine as a manager. The hate for him stems from the color of his kit when he played. He's otherwise apparently very intelligent (150 IQ) and connected very well with the Chelsea locker room while there.

Again, it's more about how Rafa didn't maintain the job. He got water to the diners at the front end but soon forgot about refilling their water and getting their food to them while it was hot.
To make it easy, that red line is Rafa, the blue line is Super Frank. 5 points from Rafa in 4 months is impressive.
