  1. Zero offensive touchdowns. I need a lot more points until I think we even have a chance.
  2. Tom won't be calling plays next year. Praise Jesus.
  3. Should run the option play. DB should not have caught the ball. Hopefully we get a safety.
  4. I'm gonna need at least a 30 point advantage before I feel comfortable that we could win.
  5. Do we think the new coaches can figure out RoJo is better than Ingram, or naw?
  6. I assumed the thread title was ironic. Would have been a way better thread.
  7. Step 1: Take your black eyed peas, throw them in the garbage.....................
  8. Sometime in the next week, we will experience famine, droughts, and nuclear conflict. Stay frosty amigos.
  9. Baylor, TCU, and even OU have shown that you can win the conference and maybe go to the playoffs with poorly ranked recruits that are properly coached and developed. Our record shows clearly that you can't do any of that with great recruits who are poorly coached and developed. We've pulled top 15 classes consistently and go 7-5. I'd take good coaching over good recruiting if it were me, but I like winning. No reason you can't have both, but it's the play on the field that matters most. Once we start winning ten regular season games every year, we'll have no problem keeping the Kyler Murray/Baron Browning/JK Dobbins types at home even with average recruiting.
  10. https://www.britannica.com/topic/The-Founding-Fathers-and-Slavery-1269536 Under the Articles of Confederation, which only lasted eight yers, they banned importation of slaves. So immediately after the country was formed, a majority started the process of dismantling the institution. John Jay was a large slave owner. Owning of slaves does not mean you support slavery, it meant you were wealthy, which many of them were. George Washington owned slaves, but freed them all on his death. John Quincy Adams: I heard someone say a while back that like 17 of the 39 signers were supporters but I don't remember the source. In any case, it was clear that the majority saw it as a moral abomination and upon creating the country, immediately went about the process of gradually ending it, which culminated in a war that killed 650,000 people. Madison owned slaves and didn't free them. Here are some Madison quotes. Natural Law exists across time and cultures and the Founders knew this. It's a pity so many are interested in throwing away their intellectual traditions. It's why Harvard et al produce mainly idiots.
  11. You might think that, but I wouldn't. Harvard creates idiots. But the majority of the Founding Fathers opposed slavery and worked to eliminate it. If you need evidence for this, read the Declaration of Independence and then look at the laws they passed after forming their government.
  12. Corsica is the best. Never been to the other places, but Ajaccio is killer and Bastia was fun. Didn't get to go to Calvi or Bonifacio or do the boat trip aroujnd the southern coast, there were big waves or something. You can stay in Corte in the upcountry, away from the beach. It's worth a day or two. Hiking is tough but just killer, GR20 is considered one of the best hikes in Europe. Food is great, it's France. Saturday Market in Ajaccio is pretty cool. They make a lot of their own wines and liquors and such, and they're good. Because it's the Mediterranean, temps are comfortable. Many, many secluded beaches and such, partiularly in Bonifacio. https://www.bing.com/search?q=visit+bonifacio&PC=U316&FORM=CHROMN We took an overnight to CDG and a noon flight down on Air Corsica. There are some pics on the old site.
  13. I've always wanted a girl that would do that.
  14. Yeah that sums it up. They made good decisions.
  15. Browning, Dobbins, Wilson. Imagine they played for us.
