  1. Lol. I have a younger cousin in AF and been giving him shit about this AF team being relentless. I enjoyed the mid game dugout interview with their coach. ”these kids are going to be warriors - we recruit carnivores only” “we are buffaloes and we run toward the storm, not away like cows.” (Not sure if that was a hit at longhorn) ”these kids are raised from 18 to be men then warriors…these kids are either going to be saving lives or taking lives” ”catcher and left fielder are gonna be flying jets someday….ya know these kids just wanna put warheads on foreheads.” (My fave)
  2. Yup and you can get away with a lot more back then...nobody worried about tech, cell phones, cameras, etc tracking or catching them.
  3. Agreed he probably isn't a fan of that part of the show. Like did they have to write in the part where we see Riley stops just Magic while boarding the plane to remind him to wrap it up...? Foreshadowing n shit
  4. I had no idea what kinda player Bird was as far as talk (didn't watch NBA until mid90s and even then it isn't televised and talked about like today w social media)...so I hit the googles after seeing last night's ep. There are LOTS of player interviews talking about how he was one of the best trash talkers...not dirty shit, but just good trash talk about your gameplay vs his, watch this show, etc. One per Gary Payton: "Bird used to tell me 'Look here man. I'm gonna go shoot this muthaf*cking jumper in your face right there in that corner. And it's gonna be your Christmas present. I'm gonna wrap it up and bust your head open.' All that sh*t. He was the coldest dude I've ever seen with that sh*t man. Everybody be talking about these great greats and we always mention him, he was the sh*t. He give it to you any way he wanted to. Larry Bird was cold. Cold dude man, real cold."
  5. Every episode is better than the previous...damn that was fun.
  6. Speedy is one of the most versatile…looks good with almost any strap. I have the bracelet, few Natos, and few leather options. Interesting mod on the clasp, didn’t know seamaster had more adjustments. current
  7. I like Pablo in the movies and shows he has been in. Way back to FX show Lights Out about that boxer. I didn't realize the other day he is Liev Schrieber's brother. Big fan of him esp as Ray Donovan. That's a bad ass brother duo.
  8. I appreciate they are trying to build MC's character up....but at same time I want him to put his gah damn helmet on and go on some missions. I think someone changed the "difficulty setting" to Easy. Need to turn this bitch up to Legendary.
  9. Fsho.Wish this patch was on outside of the hat Heard the all go on sale today at stadium. Few friends going to Fan Fedt today.
  10. Game. Blouses. 10 opening day wins in a row (broadcast reminded us every 10 mins) (Come play with us, Trout. Just sayin)
  11. That's awesome. Congrats! Good to know on the other companies who factory engrave. I like Farer for that fact also. Free engraving, 2 day free ship from UK. I had this one ordered when my daughter was born w her name/bday.
  12. *Steven And it's Marc with captions on (I'm getting old)
  13. Episode 2 was good, still shocked by some of the love for it so far. I guess it caught us off guard bc most of his didn't know what to expect....since most had never heard of him lol. Only thing shitty about Disney+ series is that the seasons are too short...by the time the season gets hot...it ends. I always want moar. This one is only 6....I swear they get shorter and shorter
  14. I liked during the montage of gameplay it flashed to glimpse at younger Jack N on the baseline cheering. And the shoutout to a little Kobe Bryant in the stands watching his dad play in the first game vs Clippers. Fact checkers haven't been able to prove he was really there, but it was possible since it was his dad's first game as a Clipper. RIP KB.
  15. It's for the baby to learn more numerals. Cmon bro. By the way does Nomos do engravings? Or was it done somewhere else?
  16. Damn. Yea I later read that he had brain injuries and had to take time off...then moved to the Pacers.
  17. This show keeps delivering. Moves at an excellent pace and still develops/displays lots of characters somehow. And the cast keeps getting better. I think someone here said weeks ago that we probably wont see any NBA season bc show will focus on the front office and build up....wrong. Bike safety has come a long way. Fukin OUCH. I haven't fact checked the ending
  18. I bet they hook u up with top shelf margaritas Lopez mex restaurant if you have a SeaDweller on that wrist...do it and invite me.
  19. Uh-oh. This the one recently obtained from Mexico? I know one of the owners of "Martinez and Hood - Watches to Jeweler".....I know Martinez who handles jewelry side where I got wife's ring, and Hood handles watches. He always had some vintage watches on display so assuming he may service also. (512) 369-3895
  20. Damn that lefty crown would fuk up my world...just looking at it makes me cross eyed. I do like some green though.
  21. It was fun, Oscar always delivers. Although I get tired of the character that has another side inside talking to them....like Venom. Scenes like the "I can't control my hand" thing can be tiresome.
  22. Love Connelly but wish she didn't get so thin (which seems to be the hollywood trend)...lost all her curves. But that face still top 10.
  23. Agreed. Gateway drug. Great plan by Omega imo. I started out 20 something years ago with entry level watches. I don't get why some people like there to be only 500 of a certain model. So I can just drool over photos online and see the crazy high prices? I have read forums where people turn their noses up when they see a new limited edition with 7,000 produced...."ugh I would buy one if it was 3,000....7,000 is not really limited". Who cares.
