  1. But they ARE voting for their own genocide (if they do indeed vote for Trump). They may THINK that they are just voting against an administration that (rightly) is allowing Israel to run rampant, but IN FACT they will be voting for a policy that will be EXPLICITY genocide.
  2. I thought I saw shock diamonds in the exhaust from the B1-B engines. Doesn't that imply afterburner?
  3. I was a fan of the burnt orange Eye of Longhorn floating in the sky, dripping sparks and flame. Like the Eye of Sauron, except for Longhorns.
  4. My favorite is this sculpture:
  5. Yup. You had to be really, really high for the doors to work though. At least, that is how I managed it.
  6. What about alligators? One issue with the Florida teeth, is that the water can get murky and there are cases where searchers for fossil shark teeth found live alligator teeth instead.
  7. I think that the shallow sandy waters off Tampa Bay or so have lots of fossil shark teeth. So you can go diving (or snorkeling?) and have a decent chance at finding some. I have never tried, so I don't know the details, but it sounds cool and I want to try it someday. This storm might (dunno) stir up things and bring more teeth to the surface, so in the end it might not be bad for shark teeth finding.
  8. It doesn't even make any sense to plan for getting back to the office until you know what actually happens with Milton. Plan what? Sounds Aggy indeed.
  9. Isn't that good news? I thought we want the center to be south of Tampa Bay, that way the bay won't get the full brunt of the storm surge.
  10. It is hard to tell the truth on the internet, but some searching suggests that the Piggly Wiggly driver was having a stroke when that happened. So I guess the driver's brain was still working enough that he was trying to back in, but not working enough to where he did it ok, or that he realized that he was not right. On watching the video, it seemed deliberate, but maybe not.
  11. It is harder to see, at least during day games, when the ambient light is bright enough to overpower the LED light.
  12. I did see a Southwest 737 fly over the stadium sometime during the game. So we did get at least one flyover.
  13. Very very stealthy. Invisible, even.
  14. Mississippi State has a winning streak at DKR. (1 game). I greatly look forward to removing them from that list.
  15. Did you at least check out Annabel's free content?
  16. Reminds me that the Texas History class I took long ago in grade school made sure that we learned what the Texas Railroad Commission actually was about.
  17. It works for me in Firefox, both with and without javascript enabled, and also works on Chrome, fwiw.
  18. That is called marking the calendar at any given 9pm Saturday.
  19. That is what my Driver's Ed teacher taught me, back when you took driver's ed in high school.
  20. The pre-installed seat back chairs got a major upgrade, that was nice. They didn't show the text captions of the announcer/referee comments well this time. The referee audio is often unintelligible, and I like seeing the player names in the commentary. I would have extra liked to read the names and countries of the Olympic medalists, I could barely understand that audio. Did they change the down markers on the field? I remember being able to read these, now they are these LED numbers that are so dim they are hard to see.
  21. My favorite Lake Alice fact, as a crocodilophile, is that if you search for news stories about people trying to have a picnic at Lake Alice, and then an alligator crawls out of the lake to steal their lunch, you have to keep track of the dates on the stories since this happens repeatedly and otherwise the different stories will run together.
  22. Ah ok. I missed that part.
  23. I did. With 0 completions/yards/tds, the formula gives a=-0.15, b=-0.75, c=0, d=2.375, then the overall rating is (-0.15 - 0.75 + 0 + 2.375) / 6 * 100 = 24.583.
  24. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Passer_rating For 0/30 you get a rating of 1.475/6 * 100% = 24.583, using the NFL formula.
