  1. They were absolutely a SA powerhouse in the 2000s and early 2010s. Regularly made the regional finals and had a couple state semifinal appearances. Streety really underachieved with the talent he had there actually
  2. All I know is he’s from San Antonio and that’s all I need. My dream haul would include him, Michael Terry, Jaden Perez, Ty Hawkins, and Jonathan Hatton. Haven’t seen the city this loaded with talent since the Malcom Brown/Johnny Manziel days.
  3. This kid is legit as they come. First person to start for SA Madison as a freshman I can ever remember.
  4. Yes. Open-ended on meaning if she’s sick and it will kill her or if it turns infected into humanoid mini-zillas or something. Director said it was mainly to show that even survivors of things like the war & atomic bombs are still forever scarred by it in some way.
  5. Noriel Dominguez is a must-have. 16 FBS offers as a sophomore is nuts.
  6. He just committed. Hopefully he sticks with it, happy for the gators. They need all the help they can get and we already have an embarrassment of riches.
  7. Any La Michoacana or Culebra Meat market. People say Las Americas is good but I’ve never been
  8. The director has publicly said Jaws is one of his favorite movies and the ocean chase scene was an homage to it. I don’t see a ton of other similarities besides that.
  9. I don’t think any smart person would rely on the NCAA site for live scoring.
  10. You’re not too smart are you
  11. And of course Florida is currently beating Nebraska 3-2 in the 7th
  12. Not MLB, but a wild extra-inning play in the Texas 3A state softball tourney yesterday. A run scoring here would’ve ended the game. Coahoma would eventually go on to win in 11 innings.
  13. Probably like how it was in NCAA14. Tap button to lob, press hard to zip. Use joystick to guide ball placement.
  14. Lol. Of course everyone is blaming Soto because he plays for the Yankees. It was a bullshit call. He had no route back to the bag and he didn’t “shoulder check” anyone. His hip barely grazed the SS and he completely flopped.
  15. I had a stroke trying to read that
  16. Well now I’m pissed at my dad for not being famous, I could’ve made so much money. I’d eat a hot dog out of it
  17. If she doesn’t currently make more money than him it’s very close. She had I believe the highest NIL earnings out of anyone
  18. That’s kind of the point of all this.
  19. Yeah they took the crown from the far more deserving *checks notes* Hugh Duffy, who had set the record in 1894. By your own admission that was well before reliable record keeping.
  20. This simply isn’t true. The 1899 Cleveland Spiders were a sham team whose owners shipped all their decent players to the St Louis team that they also owned, and filled the Spiders with replacement players. They had spring training literally inside of a basketball gym. They went 20-134. You’re fine with records of players who played against teams like that being recognized, and the records of leagues like the American Association or Players League, but not Negro League stats?
  21. “Never save a pitcher for tomorrow. Tomorrow it may rain”. -Leo Durocher
  22. And I’ll always thank him for being the source of some great breakdowns
  23. The only famous, well-known umpires are the shitty ones. Seriously. Angel played you all for fools.
