  1. What about Hamas? Is what they've done acceptable? Israel is responding to their rocket attacks. Sorry that Israel is better. Perhaps Iran and Russia need to step up their proxy game. Hamas, the PA and the Palestinians should actually come to the table and HONESTLY work out some kind of plan to solve this problem. It would be a 2 state solution. It's been on the table for YEARS. The destruction of Israel can't be the starting point. Step 1. Don't throw rockets into Israel and they won't have anything to respond to. Step 2. Don't start wars with Israel, lose, and then bitch that Israel took your shit. Step 3. Be nice.
  2. Well...Germany did there best to kill all the Jews, so there's that...
  3. So, you're in the group of people that are lacking in reading comprehension. I did not do that.
  4. See... When you start with "genocide" from Israel, then why listen to what you say? If Israel wanted to commit genocide - kill all the Palestinians - they could do that quite easily. The fact that they haven't shows that you're just spewing bullshit. And remember - the official policy of Hamas and the PA is the genocide of the Jews in Israel. That's the OFFICIAL POLICY. So, excuse me if I'm not on your side on this issue...
  5. It was actually hyperbole... But, damn...the hate for Israel from some of y'all would make make some Palestinian anti-Semites proud. NOTE for the reading comprehension challenged: I did not call all Palestinians anti-Semites.
  6. They're not Jewish, so I think they're safe from you...
  7. I haven't read every single post on this thread but I've got the general idea that quite a few of y'all are are big proponents of coming up with a way to really solve the issue that the Jewish people are causing in the Middle East. Something that would end the conflict once and for all. Some kind of a final solution to the Jewish problem...
  8. Wasn't me. I wouldn't avoid any of the places (unless getting a Big Mac was $8 - fuck that noise). But, I only tip at places BECAUSE they're making $2.13/hr and their wage is mostly paid by tips. Pay them $15/hr ($30K/yr) and I wouldn't feel any need to tip. I don't tip at any fast food places (people do this????) either. It's a different wage model there.
  9. The dunes on NPI moved back QUITE a bit from Hanna. You can easily see the marker poles way away from the dunes - they used to be right at the edge of them prior. But, PINS is a little bit of a drive - generally just go if it's super busy near town or if I want to take my dogs and let them run for awhile with no one around.
  10. Are you wanting pics of PINS? Or just the normal NPI beach? I may be at the beach tomorrow (we usually go in right south of Bob Hall) depending on the weather. I can get you some pics of the dunes then. Not sure if I'm driving all the way down to PINS though...
  11. Poor college students probably aren't the best of tippers...
  12. We've had several St Martin and Sint Maarten local tell us that the Anguilla beaches are way better than SXM. I like SXM because I can get there and then I'm done. Plus, it's cheap as fuck for me to stay there. We're going there again for Christmas but I think we're going to do a 2 night stay in St Barths while we're there. Fly over (the approach to the airport looks fun), rent a car and actually spend some time there. We did a 1 day excursion several years back and enjoyed it, but that was it...
  13. Ok...so you want us to get rid of people and now you're complaining about methods????
  14. Fuck...we had a couple murdered on NPI in 2019 and that didn't stop them from coming. Just what do you want us to do???
  15. No shit. I couldn't believe how packed it was a few weeks ago. Drove at least 3 miles down and it hadn't even started to thin out yet. I'm thinking about seeing how it looks if you turn on N Beach Access right before you get to the PINS gate and then head north towards the pilings. Maybe those noobs don't know about that yet???
  16. There was a good amount of seaweed on the beach on Sunday south of Bob Hall (not far, maybe 1/4 mile down). Pretty busy, but I've seen it MUCH worse in the past year.
  17. I didn't realize it had been cancelled. All the traffic on the bridge and we all just assumed it was still on. This weekend was pretty busy on NPI too - not quite the 4th busy, but not far off. Summer will be a charlie foxtrot at this rate...
  18. Just saw that Marie Sharps has a new limited edition sauce https://mariesharpsusa.com/collections/store/products/new-red-hornet-pepper-sauce-limited-edition-marie-s-hottest Made with a Red Hornet pepper which is a cross between a scotch bonnet and a Carolina Reaper...
  19. BTW, in case you hadn't heard, Waves/Schlitterbahn is coming down sometime...not sure of the timeline but at least the eyesore will be gone...
  20. I've only seen it from 361 on my way to/from Port A. Maybe I'll take a short detour and check it out next time. Heard lots of good recs on here. Of course, I won't stay there since I already live on NPI, but it's cool to look at stuff. And this cold stuff sucks. I was hoping to get out and do stuff this weekend but it's just too cold for that shit. Of course, maybe PINS is less busy because of it.
  21. Since COVID hit, it's been a LOT busier here on the island. Every weekend is packed, regardless of season. My condo which usually doesn't rent much from the end of Spring Break to mid may has been booked solid both last year and this year. We've even gone out to the beach mid week and had to drive miles down the beach to find a spot - in April. It's helping the island economy though, so that's a plus.
  22. Holy shit was PINS packed this weekend. We decided to head down and take the dogs so they could run around a bit...we drove several miles down and it still looked like Whitecap Beach. Completely full of cars. So, we turned around and took the dogs on the boat out to the ski canals and let them run there. I was surprised how busy it was - like a holiday weekend. Dunes are back about 20 ft from before Hanna, though, since you were looking at that info.
  23. You could drop the wife off at the winery up the road in Long Mott...
