100 year decision point loss?

It was fantastic. I went in totally cold, didn't know anything about the backstory or even that it was being made. Just saw it listed as a new release on the Netflix app and was like, score.
The only thing was that I was extremely confused about what their ages were supposed to be at various points. I seriously thought the truck driver version of DeNiro was supposed to be like 50 years old until the years went on and I realized he had to be much younger back then for the story to make sense. There's something about body movement you just can't fake.
But otherwise, just an excellent picture.

Why? Just why? We'd have 2+ minutes to get a FG even if that scrub makes it.

I'm surprised by all the love here. Season 2 was some of the stupidest shit I've seen in a long time. Different strokes, I guess.

Hillary Clinton sucks
Indeed, and a big part of that was her centrism.

Voter apathy and a terrible Democrat candidate handed Trump the Midwest
And why do you think voters were apathetic?

It's incredible that 30 years of centrist Dems leads to Trump, who steals the Midwest with a populist message, and some people still think more centrist Dems is the answer.

Balls and strikes have been terrible all series, that might have been the worst.

Why are Republicans being counted in Dem primary polls that determine who gets on the debate stage?

It doesn't matter that he wasn't in line with the throw -- the throw could be coming from left field, and if he interferes with the 1st baseman trying to catch the throw while outside the running lane, he's out. BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THE RULE BOOK SAYS. And he was not to the base before the throw got there. He hadn't reached the base yet.
Don't be silly. Of course it matters what the line of the throw was. If the throw had come from right field, interference would have been an impossibility with the running path he took. If what you were saying were true, there wouldn't be an interference component to the call. The rule would just be that you're out if you step out of the lane during the last half of the run.

The rule is not just that the runner can't go outside the lane, but also "in so doing interferes with the fielder taking the throw at first base." It wasn't a throw from the catcher where he was in the line of the throw. Even if it had been, he got to the bag ahead of the throw. Just an awful call.

Worst call I've ever seen, given the circumstances. Unreal.

17 million in campaign contributions went to Trump businesses. It's all a huge grift.

On the bright side, everything he steals isn't going towards re-electing him or other Republicans.

I read that some other asshole named Abdullah Qardash already took over ISIS in August. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.

No question, I'll vote for Biden if he is the nominee. I'll vote for Marianne Williamson if she's the nominee. Hell, I'd vote for Sarah Palin if she were the nominee.

I bet he’s surprised when people boo him at the game. I bet he thinks people will think he’s a hero.
Yep. Watch his face. The moment he realizes he's being booed, he turns to Melania with a "woaaaah" and then plasters a fake smile on his face:

I didn't know that the Pete crowd was with the Republicans on the Soros bogeyman, but I guess it figures.

that was hank, who is on twitter more and has his own opinions about the people reporting the information.
my point is that there are 2 candidates in the top 3 that want to end private insurance. it's fairly well known. i think this is one category where insurance/pharma is going to throw money at the other 2-3 in the top 5 who aren't proposing that.
Fair point. I think Pete's positioning in the race as a centrist corporate Dem has become more clear in recent weeks than it used to be, at least to me, so the Merck thing is less of a revelation than a confirmation at this point. To be clear, I don't think Pete is corrupt, just misguided.
