I don’t know if this is the right place, but didn’t really want to start a new thread.
We lost our beloved chi-weenie Bella this morning. She came into our lives ~9 years ago after my wife’s 4th miscarriage. She’s given us so much joy over the years. She’s been dealing with chronic bronchitis for the last year or so and it turned to pneumonia this last week. She’s been getting daily treatment but short fast shallow breathing didn’t improve and we found her this morning lethargic and she was basically gone before we could get her to the ER. This one hurts. Ugh. I hate that her last few days were filled with suffering.
in regards to the quoted pic. Like all chihuahuas, she could be a real bitch to strangers, but she was the sweetest fucking thing to our family.
She kind of walked into a trap stating that 5 minute response times by ems is completely out of the ordinary. I think that’s a minor W for the defense. Prosecutor gonna have to pull call stats to refute lol
Some sort of a NOC/SOC analyst might be good for entry level stuff. Not sure on pay though. Type of job that can be trained and then try to learn from things that pop up to expand your knowledge and figure out what you’d want to do next.
My Dalmatians have done a number to the yard over the winter. Starting to see greening in some of the grass, but we’re going to need to sod a bunch of spots that seem to be down to dirt only.
At what point should I look at laying sod? Pretty sure we have Bermuda.
would there be any benefit to trying to over seed with rye for next fall/winter to try and keep green gras for the winter so the dogs don’t destroy the dormant grass?
and finally - I shovel shit regularly, but we’ve always had fly problems. Is there anything I can do to keep those at bay? I’ve noticed that they are back this week and would like to keep a handle on it.
thanks!
Pretty funny. First I’ve seen of this thread is while sitting at the Don Cesar waiting on first lunch. Early signs lead me to agree with the poster who said “nice beach but I won’t come back to the hotel.”
also got a kick out of the fact that we stayed in Tampa last night after a late flight. Told my wife we should visit the bar visible from our room. The dollhouse... wheeee
I received Pfizer #2 on Sunday. Slight arm pain on day 2-3 and maybe a bit achy for a day or two (might have been a weird night sleep making me sore). Not much else beyond that.
