  1. The hard part is staying disciplined and trusting that the success with that rookie-deal qb is because the team and staff are in place. Otherwise you misattribute it to the scarcity of good qb play and you pay the guy out of fear that he will walk otherwise. 49ers facing this right now with Purdy. People seem to take it for granted that they hit on a ‘gem’ and need to pay him which will subsequently begin to kill their roster. In reality, there’s a bunch of dudes that could be successful in that position. Let Purdy walk and draft another one. Hopefully do it with advanced timing so the next guy can sit a year before playing. And keep spending that money on safeties/lbers/guards/etc you can buy a lot of good players at those positions for the cost of 1 qb…
  2. Again with the law thing. It doesn’t matter that it’s not the law. He wasn’t charged with the crime of not doing that.
  3. He did a lot of shit wrong. He was speeding. Then he created risk in the stop, then he failed to comply with the officers directives, then he was deliberately obstinate, then he failed to comply with officers instructions again. At that point he was shown that his voluntary compliance was in fact voluntary
  4. I’m going to tell all y’all this bc I can’t tell if you are joking it not. When you get pulled over for suspected speeding, don’t leave your car running, then when the cop approaches and knocks on your window, proceed to complain about how hard they knocked and ignore their requests and roll your windows back up in a show of defiance. Instead, roll your window down, turn your car off, and put your keys on the dash. Then do the things the cop says. If you do those things you won’t force a cop into demonstrating that they are in control of the situation.
  5. Why act like he needed to break laws to be treated like that? He wasn’t complying willfully, so they forced compliance against his will. Fuck wad should not have been acting a fool.
  6. I was hoping to see arch with all the other backups against Michigan, but this was a bad take to make up that he was upset bc of it lol. Arch will get his big games, no doubt about that.
  7. I bet it sucks balls to know you posted with this weak ass shit right away this week. You probably feeling confident now but this shitstain is still in your rear view mirror
  8. People are really acting like Tyreek didn’t break all the rules of how to get pulled over? That was a pretty big contributing factor to the reaction of the police.
  9. That didn’t look like a hold to me, looked like he was driving him not pulling him
  10. Seems like i saw blue markings analogous to how Saruman used white markings. I wouldn’t be surprised if these are the 2 blue wizards that then become Saruman and Gandalf. Seems kind of strange that they are doing the easier rings after the harder rings, like what does annatar have to teach celebrembor now?
  11. Cook/wingo need to be the main targets based on how the wr have looked so far
  12. At least we’re not down 3 nothing to Akron??
  13. Without watching them play or practice or whatever, it feels strange to me that cook is in slot and not behind bond. Cook looked like the better player vs bond during the spring game. I hope bond and golden really show up bc they are taking some spots from some real dudes.
  14. Silas boldin is the backup outside wr? I’m surprised to see cook as a slot and bolden as an outside wr
  15. Golden the starter while cook behind Moore is a surprise. Barron the starting corner is something of a surprise too.
  16. Draft them regularly, let them sit a year or two before they play. Keep the roster stacked and the coaching staff right. Then they’ll get in, be successful, and then trade them for draft capital.
  17. Sf should not pay Purdy. They didn’t just get lucky. QBs coming out of college are more ready to play than they used to be. If you have a stacked roster around them and a good staff that can play to strengths, then you can make it easier to be successful. Lower the bar for how great the qb needs to play in order to be successful and then you can churn through qbs and keep that spot cheap. If you do hit on one, then trade him for draft picks and stay confident you’ll find another. If you pick shitty qb and the team sucks, then you’ll get a good draft pick and can try again. That’s better than paying everything to a guy that will suck when it matters but wins enough that you can’t get a good pick.
  18. Pfluger area? It’s all over the place
