  1. Dude we are all lucky that we woke up in this universe where today happened, and not that shitty one where the reverse happened. Shout out to us in that universe bc we’re really going through a hard time over there right now. But over here it is fucking alright alright alright!!!
  2. Is this the game thread, no retarded title? I have to say I am fucking excited for today. All day I’ve had nervous energy. So I mowed my yard, then I lifted weights. Then I went to the store and bought shit for my wings and sausage meal plan. Now I’m drinking, and I love drinking, and soon…oh soon….I will be rejoicing in aggy misery. And then the big moment. The game I’ve been waiting for. I love the fall. Deep breath KPW deep breaths.
  3. A lot riding tomorrow. Imagine a world where we go into opening nfl Sunday after watching aggy get beat by Miami and then watching Texas best bama. Pretty sweet. But then imagine a world where it’s reverse. Not good. There is about to be a multiverse split between these two worlds and I damn sure hope that tomorrow morning I wake up in the first version of my story.
  4. I agree. Wins and draft numbers follow all the process stuff the coaches can control like recruiting & coaching, etc. Sark has been doing everything right, and the wins will follow and the draft stats will follow those. There is something to be said for the value that stability and consistency in a football staff brings. Similar to having a healthy program full of upperclassmen.
  5. Not surprised, that was the source of my overlooked comment. The goal is to draft players that succeed and teams took busts instead of our guys that succeed.
  6. I think we’ve been producing overlooked talent. Funny how we, as a school where talent goes to die, have developed players into successful NFLers more than so many other schools that don’t have that reputation.
  7. Roster is sick everywhere else though. Bring back peters as a spare plug. They should have had faith in Ferguson and hendershot and gone guard instead of schoonmaker. I think that’s the biggest takeaway from the draft. Mazi looks ok so far, and I’m sure he will improve while immediately helping us situationally, but I thought we were deep at DT and we cut bouhana who seemed like he provided about as much as mazi. Hankins provides about as much as mazi. Here is to hoping asim Richard’s pans out as a steal
  8. What I’d like to know is how much all this work would cost if we just cold called a company.
  9. This is tricky, there is momentum in a game and it can swing from one team to another, so then it can be taken or grabbed. But recruiting is often described as if it is some process, like a horse race between schools. It isn’t, it is just some teenager’s decision. Not really such a thing as momentum in making up your mind about something.
  10. Work began today. Cleared some dead trees, started prepping the ground for a deck, and started chipping away the old plaster.
  11. Anybody into the rc rock crawler toys or heard of a Facebook page/company mofo rc??
  12. Have people gone back and rewatched the 1st half possessions carefully? Most of the blame is on missed blocking assignments. I think ewers is getting a bad shake on this board. We had 7 possession in the first half. 1: ewers tripped, low throw to sanders on 4th down. This TOD is on ewers. 2: brooks long screen for a td 3: 1st deep ball should have been dpi, 0 gain Baxter run, OL failed on 3rd down - QE should have stepped up and thrown but tried to squeeze through and run and was tackled. 4: 2nd deep not even close to ad made irrelevant from a defensive offsides, nice slant to worthy to get into red zone: then bad run, followed by ewers bootleg out of bounds, and a dropped td by brooks-fg 5:long cb4 run, got to 21yd line then: bad run, good throw to JT in end zone almost a great td (great deep ball by ewers here), false start on 52 followed by a 3rd & forever deep middle throw that sailed and went incomplete-fg 6:worthy stepped oob cost us a 1st down, good brooks run, followed by brooks stopped on 3rd up the middle, 4th&1or2 run but ad missed block and rb was stuffed . TOD 7:get the ball on the 3yd line with 4:25 and somehow run out of time…two bad missed deep shots in this possession. Bunch of missed blocks. Fg
  13. Suppose the decision by and ultimately picks for zina are related to the decision by Mckinly?
  14. Bad deep balls are a valid criticism, but I think the overall Ewers criticism seems overblown. He had a few bad plays but a lot of good ones. Biggest problem was our oline assignment fuck ups. Rice came ready to play with good tactics on defense.

  16. A&M is recruiting well. They have a done good players. We have to reckon with that. They somehow seem to be amazing at DL recruiting. But I am not giving up hope on McKinley. This year could flip some opinions.
  17. If we don’t this guy it will be ok. We have other guys. Alex January is going to be a beast, Sydir Mitchell is going to be a beast. And this seems very 50/50 so we’re going to stay in the hunt.
  18. You went to law school, that’s like working in the field you majored in.
  19. Aggie really trying to play the small town Jesus first angle I guess to make people think he’ll be more comfortable there.
  20. Did you plant those ideas into my brain bc I thought they were my own thoughts.
