  1. If that’s the case, explain all the other aggy games… (Don’t really just seems odd)
  2. aggy at Florida is a 9.4 but Florida at Texas is a 8.5? This seems guy seems to really like him some aggy. If I remember I’d like to go back after the season and see how right/wrong his predictions are…
  3. S Tier: Playing 2 Power 4 teams, one of which is a blueblood or near blueblood status, and a solid G5 school (Florida this year*) A Tier: Playing a blueblood/near blueblood school along with another P4 team (WVU) B Tier: Playing a blueblood P4 team (Texas this year) or 2 non blueblood P4 teams (TCU) C Tier: Playing a non blueblood P4 team and a solid G5 team (Okie State) D Tier: Playing a non blueblood P4 team and a weak G5 team (Kansas) F Tier: No power 4 teams Note: if you play an FCS team with an 8 game conference schedule you drop down a tier.
  4. It’s better than WE ARE COMING! TO YOUR CITAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY (insert generic college reference here x40)
  5. We got hacked again…or a cert expired not sure which…
  6. Waymo has plenty of issues too (a 2 second google search would tell you that). I follow the self driving cars very closely and there are numerous issues each month amount all companies. Tesla has the most miles on the road so they obviously have the most visibility. It’s risky for everyone at this moment, but innovation requires some element of risk.
  7. Was it scheduled back in the 1960s?
  8. Huge IF true
  9. “The Quality is Totally Acceptable”
  10. West Virginia behind Colorado is certainly an opinion from someone who has never been to either.
  11. This photo shop is just amazing. Clearly, you spent a ton of time on this. 😂
  12. Those spheres can grow and shift over time. Look at cities like Waco and Laredo, eventually they will be their own economic spheres rather than simply sphere adjacent. The cities and suburbs will continue to grow, but if you want to help small towns Texas really should be pushing for more Federal interstate dollars. While we have the most miles of interstate in the US, the majority of those are taken up by just a handful of routes. As far as number of interstate highways Texas only has 16 while California has 26 connecting early every major city to each other. Interstate 14 is going to be very beneficial for many of those communities West of I35, and I69 will help connect South Texas>Corpus>Houston>Deep East Texas>Texarkana but there are clearly other areas of opportunities in this state that could benefit from this type of expanded infrastructure. Austin>Houston, DFW>WF>Amarillo(w/ a Spur to Lubbock), Deep East Texas>Central Texas (mirror of IH14). Just look at a map and see all the small town that this could benefit. Clearly this is a double edge sword as they could just turn into glorified suburbs down the road, but if we are worried about these towns truly dying, this is a great way to increase population.
  13. Give them time. They will. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/SEC_Football_Legends Just claiming people from teams who leave you seems weird. Both just feel odd.
  14. Yeah, my first reaction was to cringe, but it would be worse if the Big 12 posted it I suppose.
  15. Doubly so if that 9-4 champ is Iowa State.
  16. Yeah that’s not how the smash burger looks.
  17. Yep, they want to see how these new 16-18 team conferences and 12 team CFP shake out before investing anymore. If ratings go up, like they hope, we may see another round of realignment in 2030 or so.
  18. Just had one. It was good for a fast food burger but I’d still rather eat a Whataburger patty melt.
  19. LOL wilner is still a hack. First, the reason they added Cal, Stanford, and SMU was specifically to prevent them from falling below 15 members which would have given ESPN the ability to renegotiate their contract. FSU and Clemson leaving was the main reason this was done. Nothing new has changed. Secondly, even if UNC/UVA/ND/Miami file lawsuits and the ACC considers proactively expanding again…the ACC would still pick schools like Memphis, UConn, USF, Tulane over OSU and WSU. Spokane and Corvallis don’t have direct flights like Dallas and San Francisco do, the small boosted value being represented in the historical viewer data would not be worth the hassle. They don’t bring any redeeming qualities to the ACC in basketball, non rev sports, media markets, or academics that would make anyone consider them a reasonable option. They just need to get over their pride and join/merge with the MWC in 2026, they will not have any better options.
  20. Killed my first buck in Quanah.
  21. Yeah the court will have to give them a get out of jail free card before anyone will risk getting involved. If the ACC gave ESPN an extension without a conference vote then it could be bad news for them.
  22. Oregon State baseball will be an independent in 2025. Washington State baseball is joining the MWC.
