Should work fine with tri tip. It's slow roasting so should have plenty of time to break down the muscles and you have the butter for extra fat. And I've seen a couple of people use sliced peppers.
Leftover mississippi roast sandwiches. Provolone cheese. French bread My wife, was raised vegetarian has requested that I make this again next week. Not bad for about $12 worth of food. Sent from my SM-A515U using Tapatalk

Mine was about 5-6 whole peppers and about half the jar of juice from them. Even by pepperoncino standards, these were pretty mild.
There is a sequel coming tonight!
I think its just where some of the ranch or Au Jos was touching the blood from the meat. 1 packet of each plus some ground pepper and butter. I added about half a bottle of Modelo too
100% agree on the roasted red peppers. Thought I had a jar left but I was out. I'm not a big fan of shredded lettuces. Had some Romaine but it wasn't as crisp as I like so I skipped it. Also, added red or balsamic vinegar right before it served is excellent
This is what I've been thinking. The walks are great, but I think that's more a product of the Ranger's offense as a whole. I hoping all these walks and some of the other players doing better than expected may cause him to hit some HR's in bunches. But right now, he's a .222 hitter on pace to hit about 10 HR.....
Saturday nights dinner. I added some pepperichinos and hot sauce to mine Hard to tell, but I scooped out most of the breading underneath the meat and cheese Sent from my SM-A515U using Tapatalk
It was a dick move. Thats roughly the equivalent of your boss asking you to stay 2 hours late, 30 minutes before you were supposed to leave. An hour and a half means they were either late to their next job, or getting home to their family
Yeah, from what I understood from my wife, she was one of those women who just keeps talking and talking. Silence abhors a vacuum type. I think he was just trying to watch the game and finally lost it. We've all been there
Reminds me of when I coached T-ball. Husband and wife were sitting near enough for my wife to hear and she told me about this conversation that night:
Wife : I just don't feel like Junior is getting to play as much as the other kids.
Husband : He plays second base and there are 9 kids on the team.
Wife : I know he plays 2nd, But he doesn't bat as much
Husband : There's 9 kids on the team.
Wife : So. He doesn't get to bat as much.
Husband : There are nine fucking kids on the team. Do you see anyone sitting in the god damn dugout? He bats freaking 5th. He gets plenty of at bats.. Jesus...
Next week I pulled him out to be the 3rd base coach. Pretty sure he was grateful about that
What was the result of the "foul" ball sticking to the roof? I fell asleep and missed. Saw the highlight this morning, but they didn't say how the call it. Foul, hit? just a do over pitch?
They were left overs from earlier in the week. Didn't want them to go to waste. I kinda liked them better than just white onions though. And there are more japs. I usually put them between the chili and the cheese so that I can mix them in better than just putting them on top.
