  1. You have not had to wait in the past, when your timeslot comes up you can change the ticket location or numbers. If they change that this year due to the wait list they have not communicated it.
  2. I read this as ~1400 people are eligible to come off the wait list and we think 1000 are going to get a time slot to pick tickets. Presumably that time slot will be after all the current season ticket holders renew/add/move seats. They are not saying you will get tickets because they don’t know what will be available and where.
  3. R1S, I do really like it. They just unveiled the next model R2S which will be a little smaller SUV starting at 47.5k (in 2026)
  4. Missed this topic before. I have a Rivian and absolutely love it, to make this post timely, the Tesla CSS network will open to Rivian’s this week. As they expand to more vendors that sure will open up a lot of charge locations.
  5. Nah, they are a 2 in their preferred region
  6. Actually now that i looked at the email it was a problem on iPads, when i did it in safari on my phone it worked.
  7. I was told there are issues with safari, switched to chrome and it all worked for me as well.
  8. Does anyone else think the buyout is really small? 10M in year one and it decreases quickly.

  10. I think I agree with that, whenever I have had a problem with a fridge it’s not with the basic functions like cooling and freezing. It’s something with the fucking water dispenser or filter or some other gadget.
  11. Ha - I got tickets to the Thursday Wrigley show. But that is a good point, I bet they are going to do that. Taking the daughters to see Olivia Rodrigo on Wednesday.
  12. In post op she was sharing beauty tips with the nurses and commented she even figured out a way to get half off her manicures.
  13. update, I had been avoiding this. I posted this on 2/7, I 2/14 we found out the tumor was in fact an aggressive cancer (Rhabdomyosarcoma), and had grown so large, and started to effect nearby lymph nodes, there was not a choice and we had to amputate. Life and death choices become crystal clear when you need to make them. So on 2/15 she had surgery. She has been super tough, and was up and walking a hour after surgery, home in 2 days and doing almost everything she was doing before already and is ready for the next fight. She has been truly inspirational to our whole family. Tomorrow we have the follow up from surgery to hear the pathology results and hopefully negative margins, and the follow up plan for chemotherapy, even with the tumor removed she will need chemo due to the aggressive nature of the cancer. (She did have a bone scan with contrast and a CT scan of her whole abdomen pre-surgery that showed no other signs of cancer). It has been a ton in a short time, but it really makes you value every day you have.
  14. I heard the “seat donation” on one in the last couple years was 100k a year with a 10yr commit. + the cost fo the tickets (and catering) I assume

dry herb vaping is what I do as well. I know we don’t have the exact science, but it seems better then smoking what might be in the “yellow vials” and logically better then combustion. At this point I have tried most of the popular portable vapes and the Xmas V3 is a great starter vape, and the price point is great. I really like using the dosage caps, makes clean up much easier.

    Yep, i like these.
  18. Yep, I don’t remember wait list talk before.
  19. Yep, if you are paying property taxes in Texas you are going to quickly get to the 10k SALT limit anyway. Sure would like to see that limit raised.
  20. Reading this thread has been helpful. In the middle of a scare right now, wife has a large mass in her upper arm, doctors suspect Scaroma from the MRI but we are waiting on the biopsy still. She is 45 and the toughest person i know. Just scared, but reading this thread and been inspirational and keeping me positive while we wait for the results. Y’all are some tough fuckers.
  21. Agreed - room offers were being mailed out pretty frequently for this weekend (by the mgm group at least), for the last couple months . So I suspect there was actually good supply of rooms available for the weekend.
  22. Haha - as someone retired from a world that loooooved their NPS scores I love this. I have met Fred Reichheld a couple times, he is super smart and passionate. But I always hated the way companies use NPS.
  23. And a denial “The commissioners both strongly rebuke any notion that the creation of this advisory board is a move toward a breakaway from the college sports’ governing body. The Big Ten and SEC remain prominent members of the NCAA, both in governance and national competition, they say.”
  24. If we don’t get a lot more rain you will be able to walk out to it….. I will be down the river at our place on LBJ. Not as close as you but still well within the path.
