You could easily have a case where at least 3 of these teams did not even play each other and the deciding factor on who got to the game was a fucking coin flip.
its a big MAYBE
Yeah the fear of a 3 or 4 way tie in a divisionless conference does bring it up.
Just saying if you have 3 or 4 teams tied with with a 10-2 record before the game and then you have four teams that were 11-2, 10-2, 10-2, 10-3
I would say that the 10-3 team gets left out in most years. The simple argument of how will they win a playoff when they just lost to a playoff team….
Fixing the entrance gate situation cannot happen fast enough. What a cluster to get into the game. We headed to the stadium at 1:30 and still took 45 minutes to get in

I avoid DART at all costs, just because post game can be such a cluster. I fear post game this year being later will be more a cluster than usual.
We are staying near a dart station, me and the guys are getting up and getting to the fair sometime between 8-9 and will find parking easily. The wives/children will take dart a little later (call it 10:30) and I am sure they will be fine getting to the fair.
But then we can all leave in one car after the game when it’s a madhouse.
Yep, right across from where they have the baby animals, is a place that will let you pay with a card.
You can also use a card at the old mill.
Of course you can use a card in the stadium.
Do we know for sure the SEC will hold the flex game for a 7 day window? I don’t think we have seen them do that yet. (At least not between afternoon and evening).
