  1. When we went last year we also did a split stay with half the time at AK and half at beach club, it worked well and the luggage transfer worked no problem.

I haven’t tried the sodas but I like the THC Beer (N/A) like Hop Water. The effect for me is close to a edible effect. Depending on your tolerance at only 10MG a pop you can even sip away all day on a football saturday…

  9. How was the possession before not a jump ball? What is happening.
  10. I agree, read up on a few options for me and for the same reasons Aria works. The central strip location is great but it is set far back from the strip so take that into account. The corner suite’s are nice and a little cheaper then Wynn. We stayed in one last time and the wife loved it (I think the panoramic view one, is the layout with a huge master bath and the tub in the corner with great views your wife might like). Next trip in March is in a sky suite but haven’t stayed in one yet.
  11. The finale of season 8 all but said it I thought.
  12. Not the person you quoted but I did the same flights this fall. The Q Suite product was pretty amazing. On the way there we choose two seats that had window views which was nice for the view but if you are going to the Maldives it is likely as a couple so I would recommend the rear facing middle seats the same section. Those are the Q suites that connect and become one big “pod”. (Then again if you want the time alone book the window seats). The lounge in DOH is very nice. The rules on alcohol seem to be fluid in the lounge i never was clear on what was allowed. However they do serve drinks in both restaurants (the full service one up stairs or the cafe on the opposite side).
  13. Great timing, we are also planning on Paris and London in June with a 7/10 year old (assuming travel is a thing this year). This list is a great a start. We rented a apartment in the 7th right now. Mainly so the kids could have the Eiffel Tower view.
  14. I went quite a while back but that show is fun. You don’t have to love the Beatles to enjoy it. For dad, weed + Beatles is a nice legal time in Vegas.
  15. I guess there are a bunch of people that did parlay bets tonight on the game ending each quarter in a tie, 0-0. Etc + Jax winning. If the teams actually do just knell some sports books are going to take a beating. https://twitter.com/jphrbr/status/1480292964765245441
  16. Yes, if they play to win the winner is in and the loser out. If they play to tie they are both in.
  17. Unless tonight ends in a tie….
  18. I feel like taking a knee and resting your whole team is the correct strategy, it would be negligent not to.
  19. It looks like this might happen. What a weird position for those teams to be in.
  20. I think we are saying the same thing. I am just saying the definition of ”work” does not need to include paycheck. “Work” can be working to save the planet, it can be mountain climbing, it can be closing real estate deals. It is whatever you want.
  21. I have never met anyone who talked about “FIRE” in such a why that if you did not agree with them that meant you were just a “poor schmuck's don't get it is all.” That is the point of FIRE I would say you are not getting. The whole point is to be FI so you can live whatever life you want to live, it becomes 100% your choice instead of you needing the pay check. If you have already reached the FI part, then the RE part is optional and early can be 30 or 60, whenever you feel like it or when your life changes.
  22. Episode 7 did a good job with this and glad it was not just going to be “evil AI takes over again”
  23. This is me. From the time I left UT until the last couple of years. I loved my job and just thought I would do it forever. Tech industry, traveling around the world, getting to work on exciting projects that made a difference. All stuffed I liked…. Then the SVP changed, job changed, family happened, global pandemic, perspectives change. Sure I am worried I will get bored, but having a 6 and 9 year old now and getting to spend Tuesday meeting them for lunch at school and taking them to sports practice. Sure is a lot nicer then the corporate world and no amount of money was going to buy that time back.
  24. Well they would be the 2 seed without TB losing. So if that is your definition they already have sole possession.
