  1. oh in that case you can have a lot of fun in that store.
  2. Not sure how small a town you are coming from. But in the theme of Italian and Central market, they have a lot of higher end dry pastas that really do taste much better, they also have fresh pasta in the deli section that is pretty good. They have a few Risotto's that I like (will try to find a pic of the brand). Really good canned tomatoes.
  3. The raw corn ones are really good as well.

I think this is what @Nolacycling was trying to post about. https://www.nytimes.com/2021/03/25/nyregion/ny-legalize-marijuana.html
  5. The fajitas at Lupe are very good and very very overpriced the rest of the menu is not that great. Matt's is also not that great and not worth the volume of business they get, it might easily be the most overrated place in Austin. If you were near Matt's in Austin and that is the place you go I don't know what to tell you. There are several smaller mom and pop type places near there that are much better.
  6. We are doing AUS-DFW-DOH-MLE one way and MLE-DOH-ORD-AUS the other. As flights open back up there is chances for less stops from AUS. You could do AUS-LHR-MLE for example (I don't think those connections are going right now).
  7. that sounds really awesome.
  8. I am going in September. They are open to travel right now so we went ahead and booked.

What the hell. I ordered one.
  10. Is a 2 seed still possible if we win tonight? I think we might be able to sneak into one still.
  11. I am not sure there are many winners at all here. As someone not planning on moving anytime soon it means more property taxes. For potentional buyers in the market it is extremely stressful. For sellers staying in market they are spending the money into a home somewhere else. The only people winning are people moving out of the area or retirees downsizing.
  12. Agree with this, my 3rd grader has been effected without a doubt and this will shape her early learning and how she sees the world. My Kinder kid knows about it, but it might be a stretch even for her to remember a ton about this other then play time was different for a little while.
  13. I feel bad you had not had good clam chowder
  14. I have a coworker looking in the far west area now. Last week a house listed at 975 and sold for 1.4M. There is a tear down on Mesa listed at 600k right now.
  15. So if you are already paying tax on the 15M value (for example) then we SHOULD allow the step up basis since they paid tax on the full value of the asset.
  16. 1) If the estate tax kicks in then I think the step up makes sense and that is at 11M. Under that It feels like the step up is ok.
  17. in at 64.50 out at 70.00 I will take the 10%

NYT with a article on delta-8 today. https://www.nytimes.com/2021/02/27/health/marijuana-hemp-delta-8-thc.html
  20. I would have said Nashville but I think they are already there. The Nashville metro area is already 2M people and they have pro sports. I do think it is a area that will still see significant short term growth though much like the last 5-10 years in Austin
  21. I like the Boise answer, it appears to already be on its way there with the movement from CA. I think Boulder might have a chance, still only 100k people and with the new work anywhere tech industry we are looking at I think it has a chance.
  22. Wendy's ramping it up with their new Jalapeño Popper Sandwich, The $5.99 sandwich, which was released Wednesday, is covered in jalapeños including in a flavored cream cheese spread plus six slices of the pepper on top. It also features three slices of bacon, two cheeses (cheddar and pepper jack) and a toasted bun. I think I am going to try that.
