  1. Well we decided to join a boat club in Sarasota before we decide on what boat we need. Very happy with the decision so far.
  2. I wonder if Helos friends have as terrible opinions on life?
  3. Ya that’s fire and probably cost more than most 911’s.
  4. 2024 Time to Make Fuck on Dallas
  5. I love our X5 and have had no issues. Wife does not drive it much but overall it’s great. Only thing that’s a somewhat pain in the ass is the giant tires. We bought the 22s but only two manufacturers make the width, Continental and Pirelli. First set of tires made it 28k miles and cost $2200 for a new set. I have had more issues with F150.
  6. Probably some junior police officer program.
  7. They were never getting a top 4 pick. This year has always been about the Nets pick and to see who should stay and who should go.
  8. That was my thought. I really don’t want to have to deal with that every time we go out.
  9. Initial thought was to use a marina. I do have a F150 FX4 with every tow feature you could ask for so I think I would be ok, I could be wrong depending on the size of the boat and the launch.
  10. Yes I like to fish but don’t spend a ton of time doing it. I have always hired a guide in the past. Have a ton experience with wakeboard boats, bow riders and pontoons but all on Lake Travis, Lake McQueeny and some lakes in Washington. All of my salt water experience I have never been the captain. We don’t plan to do over nights at this point. Our initial search we were looking at some 21-22 outboard bowriders.
  11. We moved to Florida for work in May of last year. We were boat club members on Lake Travis for 5-6 years. Now being here we have the itch. We are probably going to buy because of how our schedules work and the quality of boats we have seen in the area we are looking. How many of y’all have experience on the west coast of Florida? We are looking to cruise the intercoastal, the bays and sandbars around Sarasota, Siesta Key, Lido Key and Longboat Key. Any recommendations on what y’all would buy? It’s just the two of us and 2 big ass dogs. Not really looking to sail at this point. We do fine but can’t afford a $200k boat.

  13. Why would you even care who won if you didn’t care to watch?
  14. It’s not bad but it’s a generic college suburb area. Not much unique going on. It is close to Winter Park. I would just go there. Michelin Rated Restaurants Ava for high end Mediterranean food Prato for Italian Kadence, Kabooki, Edoboy or Soseki for sushi. Kadence and Soseki are Omakase and expensive Ravenous Pig is a brewery and has good food Other good spots: The Porch- nice open air sports bar Swine and Sons/ Courtesy Bar - nice cocktails with a great fried chicken sandwich and smash burger Park Ave Tavern -great burger - Wall Street Journal claims it’s the best burger Black Bean Deli- great Cuban sandwich Briarpatch- good breakfast/ brunch spot but is counter service and the line can be long
  15. Done around 125 in wife’s X5 and hit 151 in a 488 Pista on a track in Vegas.
  16. Tim McGraw and Sam Elliott. I may be ok
  17. They could be or they could be like a professional team that signs a ton of free agents and it never comes together. Yankees, Redskins, current Lakers.
  18. Not to mention they hired a coach that has shown absolutely no loyalty. Not that he necessarily should. If he wins at Bama he’s going to the NFL within 3 years. He was already a leading candidate for the Seahawks job.
  19. Is this AI or real? If real I hope this is the direction of the next generation 4Runner.
  20. Not that his house is in these areas but there are plenty of houses in that range in South Austin, SE Austin, NE Austin and North Austin between 35 and Braker.
