  1. The third party was him giving tickets to people to go record these videos. He wasn’t putting these on his u of m credit card. He was doing it through Venmo.
  2. If someone comes to you and says “hey I have been studying film and I have figured out these tendencies” and it works. Do you go back and ask to review all of the film that they reviewed ? No you give ‘em an atta boy and tell them to keep it coming. If I use a 3rd party for success and it leads to results. My bosses don’t give a shit what that 3rd party is doing. They only care about the results.
  3. Complex measures = Venmo and ticket resale site. High tech shit.
  4. The only one who went through the trouble was Captain Spy. And why would he do it? So a super fan could be looked at as contributing to the success of the program you have worshipped. Was the guy communicating signals to the coordinators. Yes. Hard stop. He was. Do you think he told them he got the signals from a weird Venmo scheme? Or from his self proclaimed spymastery. Being a hardcore film nerd is something that coaches love. He looks a lot cooler as a spymaster than a weird conspirator.
  5. have to go pick up the kiddos but will try and find the video later. Basically along the lines of it happens, have to see how it all shakes out, but that from who he has talked to coaches don't appear to be concerned about it the way the media has been. Also said if it comes out this was a michigan initiated process that there will need to be some retribution. If it was a guy just trying to get into Harbaughs good graces by being super spy that it probably begins and ends with his termination.
  6. Cowherd, Finebaum, Klatt, Clay Travis, all of them are in agreeance on this one. And Cowherd and Finebaum hate Harbaugh. Going to get me one of these for sure.
  7. people who care about this. Ohio State fans. Michigan State Fans Fans of Fake Outrage. GREATEST TRAVISCHAMACERY IN THE HISTORY OF SPORTS RABBLE RABBLE RABBLE
  8. I feel like that could be a possibility. I also feel like he is fucking insane enough that his strategy to "show them" is going to be something like refusing to scout any team in advance and just saying "we line up and beat em" and it is going to go horribly wrong.
  9. Michigan should learn from this..... if you are going to develop a vast conspiracy that you should do a better job of the conspiracy portion.
  10. Cheating still does not equal rape. I am sorry that you think rape is in the same reality of anything that has to do with playing sports.
  11. Comparing stealing signs to rape is pretty wild. Not sure how many people are out there living with crippling anxiety and depression over having their signs stolen.
  12. Yeah 100% this will be determined on the field. Go out and whoop Pedo and O$U to end the year when there isnt a way to know whats coming, (if those schools don't change their signals for the michigan game they are regarded, and if Michigan reads the signs and doesn't think they are subterfuge they are also regarded) and it will quickly silence the "they had to cheat to win" crowd. If they get punked by either of those teams well then.....
  13. Im not saying it isn't an advantage. It just isnt as simple as "they knew every play before it was coming". Like it is some instant thing that as soon as the sign was made it was instantly deciphered and then telepathically communicated to all the players. Did it give them an advantage, probably. Was there any game in the past 2 years that would have had a different outcome without this? Unlikely.
  14. Nothing has changed since Friday. Everything that was known then is known now. They suspended the guy last week. That link was more for you thinking that no one is covering this. Its literally the front page of every major sports site on the internet.
  15. There is literally no chance of that happening.
  16. Tomato potato, go beat Ohio State and no one cares about this anymore.
  17. Isn't that the whole point of scouting though?
  18. The NCAA acknowledges this is not a major advantage. The rules committee actually considered repealing 11.6.1 a couple years ago. Their rationale: Go out beat Penn State, Ohio State, and whoever from the west makes the B1G championship and this becomes a non story. Go out and drop games to any of these teams, and look bad doing it and it becomes "see what happens when the playing field is equal" Michigan has to handle their business. Pedo and O$U looked pretty rough last week, Michigan should smash them.
  19. I guess its a good thing they have the rest of the season to see which it was.... if Michigan implodes I will take my lumps. If they pound Pedo and Ohio state on the way to the playoffs again, I think it will be pretty clear that they actually may be talented.
  20. Having a generational QB instead of 6 different JAGs probably has nothing to do with it either. I couldn't care less about this. It appears to help the offense more than the defense because by the time you decipher the offenses code and communicate it somehow to the defense the ball is snapped so not really time to adjust. Michigan runs an extremely slow offensive pace, so knowing the defensive signs would give them time to adjust what they are doing. In the 2021 ohio state game michigan ran the ball all but 4 times in the second half. They dominated the buckeyes, there is no amount of sign stealing in the world that would have changed the outcome of that game.
  21. Michigan state. We never drop the ball. Posts Hitler on the scoreboard. 00-13c714-710x533.webp
  22. Oh man. If you take away climbing trees and playing shirts and skins along with it Jimmy may as well just hang em up. All that for a headcase kicker too. In other news. Michigan is finally getting a new locker room. https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cyl_1k_xwmc/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA%3D%3D
