maybe if we let the migrants watch fox news, they'll find out what an economic disaster america is, and they'll turn back on their own.

Moore had 2 that I know of: Jessie Jane went to Moore high, Bibi Jones went to Westmoore. Southmoore needs to up their game.
Fun story, Bibi Jones is married to some dude in his 60's in Scottsdale. The guy's 15 minutes of fame was appearing on Millionaire Matchmaker. They have a whole mess of kids together. We would see them around town when we used to live in AZ. Was out one night with my then girlfriend now wife and another couple and pointed them out at a bar and showed a picture to our group. I got a knowing approval from my buddy for spotting her and a disapproving gaze from the women.
I've always wondered what it's going to be like when the other kids at school start passing around pics and videos of little Johnny and Jane's mom getting spit roasted. Those kids are going to go through hell.

I just googled “Dutch rudder”, should’ve paid closer attention to who the poster was. Jesus man.
Uh, same here. I will never be able to read that poster's content in the same context again.

And Bening for Nyad? Uh, no. That film and her performance were lame. The movie equivalent of “this could have been an email.”
Damn. That's the perfect description. We saw it on a whim on a weekend afternoon with nothing better to do. It was fine. Got to sit in a dark theater with a couple of cocktails. Walked out and pretty much forgot about it. Was shocked when it started getting awards nominations. It wasn't awful, but it felt like I could have watched a short video on YouTube and gotten the gist of it.

The only way to make DP a deterrent is to make it public. I'm talking center of the town/televised hangings, firing squads, guiletine, whatever.

Looking forward to this one. Saw my first preview for this one before M:I last summer and let out an audible "fuck, yeah" and my wife punched me in the arm. Really hoping it doesn't suck.

I don't see how the P4/5 stay in a 364 school Division I basketball tourney with the NCAA keeping the bulk of the revenue. Some sort of breakaway seems inevitable. But is it a P4/5?, FBS?, or FBS + BE?, or FBS + BE + 3-5 other conferences? Its not going to be all 31 Division I conferences (not counting Pac 12). If 10 conferences dropped to Division II, nobody would notice.
That would suuuuuck. One of the best parts of college basketball is the fact that it's a sport that smaller schools can compete and win on a big time stage. Having teams like Gonzaga, Butler, FGCU, Loyola Chicago, etc being in the mix is what makes the NCAA tournament great.

Damaged by a bad fire last spring. You can go to Lil Dizzy’s if you want something up that alley.
Any insight into why they haven't reopened? It's been almost a year since the fire. Are there signs of activity in terms of repairing the damage?

Just a perfect description of the new college football climate vs the old. Transfers, tampering, mass roster turnover, NIL, 7/8 year guys playing in to their mid 20's... when was the last time any player was academically ineligible?
Saban was the old way and now Deion epitomizes the new way.
Saban was no bastion of morality. The old way was under the cloak of darkness. The new way is out in the sunlight. Saban recognized he had lost one of his biggest advantages and folded it up and retired while he was still on top.

Yeah, I want to believe in Sherrone, but would much rather have had Deboer.
Maybe Harbaugh will have worn out his welcome in SD and he can come back for another bail out.Might be a little tough to do that after he's slapped with a show cause.

33 minutes ago, NopeEver said:This. She’s been doing a great job and yeah she had a lot of trauma, but she’s been very open and honest.
look, she probably had a bunch of shit happen to her there’s no doubt the choices that were made prior to her election were bad but come on. She’s not done anything stupid and I doubt that’s actually “coaching”. She actually seems to thrive in this role and care. Gotta give credit where credit is due.
if anyone has ever seen her in public or met with her since she’s sort of inspiring. It’s weird. Honestly. Fucking weird. But she’s likable. And she will laugh about the bullshit and she will say she was wrong and she will talk about how she learned but holy hell she’s somewhat delightful to be around. She’s relatable, doesn’t take herself seriously and actually realizes she doesn’t know everything.
a little time and breaking the bullshit is a perfect example. We all did dumb shit when we were younger but I find it hard to believe she is the same as she was. Maybe parts exist but she’s sort of fun to banter with from time to time politically. Y’all like to think I’m her but I’m not.
I’ll tell you a story about how she was wrong about something and agonized about it. For days. She knew she was wrong and got really upset. But she has been more public facing, puts herself out there and tries. That’s all we could ask for an elected.

From a deterrent standpoint, the death penalty isn't stopping anyone from committing a heinous crime. From an economic standpoint, executing someone is much more expensive than just locking someone up and throwing away the key.

Michigan going to make him the highest paid coach by an enormous amount, also giving him a clause that he can not be fired for cause for the current ncaa investigations.
Unable to come to terms with the chargers on who Harbaugh would directly report to.Back in Ann Arbor today and reportedly telling staff get your passports ready for the spring trip.

These numbers are so eye popping that I don't even know if they should be believed. This would represent about 7-8% of all births in Texas. Truly astounding. I though Greg was going to eliminate rape?

Isn’t the defense / space part of them taking it on the chin as well right nowYes, neither business is being managed particularly well at the moment.

Here's a question -- if Boeing ends up genuinely on the ropes (and it damned well may, with the twin hits to its reputation and marketability coming so close together, showing systemic problems)....what does the US government do? Do we allow our ONLY domestic commercial aircraft manufacturer go belly-up? Shit, we get a crapload of DOD products (F-18, F-15, Apache, the KC line, etc.) from Boeing. I suspect it firmly falls in the "too big/important to fail" bucket....but it may end up completely restructured, and I can damned well see shareholders taking a brutal bath.
If I had Boeing stock, I'd sell now, even at a loss....because the losses sure look like they'll get a good bit worse. Boeing is a shit company right now.
I was thinking about this earlier and was wondering if we could see Boeing split into two with commercial aviation being one standalone business and defense and space being a separate standalone business.

Complete shit show. My buddies and I quit doing it over a decade ago due to how bad it had become. Unless you've got a guy that can camp out all night or you're willing to put up $$$$ for a seat, you will not be getting a seat/table anywhere decent. It's easier these days to just go to a bar wherever you live and move in for the day while making wagers on your phone.
