One problem, per the article, is they are both being paid by Disney.
Kimmel is paid by Disney. Rodgers is paid by McAfee. Disney pays McAfee a global fee for his show and McAfee is responsible for the production costs. The appearance fees that McAfee pays have been controversial in some circles.

Think it was mentioned earlier but check out Arcadia. Centrally located to everything, close to your work, and the neighborhood has a cool vibe.
This. Based on working in midtown, this is the answer I was going to give. At $1.5m or below, you can get into something nice in Lower Arcadia or west of 44th. Close to work, close to Scottdale (it's so close that it's in Scottsdale schools), close to the airport and downtown. Tons of great spots in the neighborhood all within walking or biking distance.
I Ioved every minute of living in Arcadia. The only regret I have is selling the house I owned when we moved to Houston in 2019. I would be up an additional 50% had I held on to it.

Rooting for M because it would be ten kinds of badass to beat the SEC, P12, and B1G champs in a single championship season run.
Damn. Hadn't thought of that before now.

All of the lower level prices on Ticketmaster seem to be locked into a minimum price of $255 each ($303 after fees).
Seatgeek is much cheaper now but there is the chance something could go wrong with the transfer.
There is also promo code NEWYEAR24 for $25 off your SeatGeek purchase.
I could be totally wrong, but I think I remember that TM won't let you price below face.

Horn crowd at Fulton Alley very much pulling for Michigan
Makes sense. Never easy to beat the same team twice in the same season.

Have any of you complaining about the article even read it? It is well researched, well written and informative.
Thank you New York Times.People who brag about not reading aren't usually the most intellectually gifted.

Tons of tickets still available on the resale market. Some fans with the balls to travel to NO without tickets are going to be rewarded with some really good deals.

As a diploma mill, I don’t think it’s any worse than OU or Mississippi State. I realize that’s a low bar but…
Yeah, I'm going to have to disagree with you on that one.

The point was that some schools are actively trying to LIMIT the creativity in NIL that you mentioned. You know, the part that was bolded in the quote.
Again, no shit. That's nothing new to the sport. There are always going to be people resistant to change and try to gain power with control. You're not making some earth shattering point here. It's not like there was unanimous support for NIL in the first place.

and those at the top seek ways to regulate and control it. Hell, that's all Saban does is bad-talk NIL or talk around his opposition to it as if it is a landmine. He's hardly alone in that camp. Parity is about 698th on their list of goals.
Well, no shit. It's not like gamesmanship off the field hasn't been part of sports since forever.

He'd probably have him as a guest in his box given that he is a donor to his campaign. Not to mention his donations to the campaigns of Abbott, Patrick and Paxton.
