  1. Falcons are the worst team in the NFL on 3rd down. Guess who they never give the ball to on 3rd down? Last drive when they absolutely needed to at least gain field position to keep the Jets from driving to kick a FG they throw the ball three times. None to Bijan. Three drops. LMAO.
  2. Doesn't basically every Auburn play look like that?
  3. This drive was dead and buried back at midfield until the refs put their thumb on the scale. Now Bama is up by a TD.
  4. The fix is in!
  5. Does anyone actually think otherwise? Indiana is gonna get their shit pushed in just like they did last year and then still waltz into the Playoff having played no one of note all year except Oregon. Then they'll get killed in the Playoff and we'll all pretend this is a great system that totally puts the most deserving teams in.
  6. Didn't we send like double digit guys into the NFL last year? And the year before that, too. Quinn had two of the most loaded rosters the Longhorns have ever seen and he managed to come up short twice. There's a reason he was basically drafted as an afterthought in the 7th round.
  7. I've been watching CFB almost my entire life and it's still the same bullshit. There aren't any real "rules" and they always find a way to have some star chamber bullshit, which leads to endless arguments and stupidity. Way back in the day it was dumbass sports writers that decided who was the Nat'l Champ. Then it was the BCS which used inscrutable computer algorithms combined with dumbass AP voters and coaches' votes. And now it's a committee that makes decisions while having some arbitrary rules like conference champs get in, G5 gets a spot, etc. Make divisions in these conferences. Make the teams play everyone in their division each year just like the NFL. You win your division you get in. Cut back on nonsense OOC games if that's what it takes to have time for a longer playoff. This is why the NFL has become as popular as it is. It's basically completely fair across the board. Every team gets the same salary cap. Every team gets the same amount of draft picks. Every team has to play the teams in their division. The sorry ass NFC South will send some team with 8-10 wins to the playoffs, while teams with more wins in other divisions will get left out. But the rules are the rules, everyone knows they're the rules, and so no one complains about it. But nah, that's all too smart for CFB. Instead of a logical system we have teams literally playing no one of note all year, still finding a way to drop a game or two, and then going "TA-DAH!" we get in because we haven't lost 3 times! We have to argue about SOS, SOR, ranked wins, bad losses, and whatever else because it's all a clown show.
  8. Eh, I just think it's do you have the ball or not as the ball passes the goal line? If one iota of the ball touches the goal line it's a TD. So if you actually fumble the ball before reaching the goal line and then it crosses over, cool. But you need to seriously lose possession, particularly from a defender making you lose possession, before you touch the line. This dude has the ball, touches the line, crosses it, never loses the ball. That's why it's fine to punish guys who drop the ball celebrating. They haven't touched the line and they've completely surrendered possession of the ball. As far as a true fumble that goes out of bounds in the endzone, a touchback has always seemed a bit harsh.
  9. Pretty dumb rule anyway. It's one thing if you drop the damn ball before you reach the goal line. But you're running with it, bobble it as you cross, and that becomes a touchback? Nah.
  10. How right you were.
  11. Damn. Cooked those DBs.

  13. Also they seriously have to take into account teams just completely abandoning any real OOC games. Those games are big time money makers. If every team decides to be like the worst turds of the SEC and play the Sisters of the Poor for their entire OOC schedule, boy that really hurts the pocketbook. Also makes the sport much lamer, if they care about that at all.
  14. Drag your nuts on 'em, Tre!
  15. Arch may not be the best QB in CFB, but at least he ain't Marcel "Can't" Reed a defense.
