  1. Rice has completely fallen apart.
  2. In this heat? Gotta be moist as fuck under and between those babies.
  3. Nice to finally see us play some killer defense. I got spoiled in my days on campus watching Huff and Griffin and Co. It's been a LOOOOOOOOONG time since then.
  4. I've been on this same shitty rollercoaster for the past 15 years. Hope only leads to the inevitable disappointment. /cry
  5. Serious question, do these guys even practice in the off-season? Like, how the fuck are you this shit after a full off-season of work? Ewers looks worse. O-line looks worse. How is that possible?
  6. This is an 8 win football team if everything goes their way. And since when in the last 15 years has everything gone our way?
  7. Eat shit, Frogs. Congrats to the Fightin' Deion Sanders. That Hunter kid is fucking legit.
  8. Uh, I guess He is Him.
  9. TCU defense getting straight cooked.
  10. Dude needs to take care of himself. He don't wanna lose another toe.
  11. This was a big drama show! /GGG And I messed up and accidentally said Magnus had Black in that game against Hans when he really was playing with White. Which is what made it worse since when you're #1 in the world you ain't supposed to lose with the white pieces.
  12. Yup. Anyone who keeps up with the chess world knows Magnus, like almost all the top guys, has serious arrogant douchebag personality traits. I don't keep up with the game all that closely and I've seen him smash shit, mouth off, and just generally act like a spoiled cunt. Magnus, whether he's bored or just wants a challenge or wants to increase his chances of avoiding draws, often times plays bullshit opening lines. Usually this works out in his favor. These top chess nerds know all the main lines to all the openings super deep. So if you go into those lines the games get stale and it is hard to gain an advantage that will lead to a win. In that game against Hans, he played a weak/obscure opening line as Black. I'm sure he figured, this idiot is hundreds of points lower rated than me, he won't expect this, I'll get an edge/he'll fuck up, and I'll win. Instead, Hans handled it, Magnus played poorly (normally Magnus has above 96% accuracy in his moves, that game he was in the 80s), and Hans won. I'm absolutely certain Magnus was furious just because that's who he is. He hates losing. But I doubt it would have turned into anything except than Hans decided to go run his mouth and say shit like "The chess speaks for itself" and "Magnus should feel terrible losing to an idiot like me." Then, magically, Magnus is pulling out of the tournament and insinuating Hans is a cheat. Hans did get up to some shenanigans online, but that's a far cry from cheating over the board. His rating has dipped recently to where he's around 2660, but that's pretty much directly related to Magnus tarring his name. Hans stopped getting invited to the major events which are closed/invite only. Instead, he's been running an insane amount of open tourneys. Like, he's been playing an unhealthy amount of tournaments. Any highly rated player is going to lose rating playing that many open tourneys. However, it's clear he's close to Super GM strength. He just needs to work on his consistency and not blowing up. He's like an All-Pro RB that has a fumbling problem. There's no evidence whatsoever he has cheated OTB. He absolutely didn't cheat in that game against Magnus. Definitely didn't deserve to catch all the heat he did. Poor guy is only 20. Awkward nerd dedicates himself totally to chess, is playing well, beats the world #1, and then that guy tells the entire world you're a cheat and tries to get you blackballed. I can't imagine the stress he was under. He's back on Chess.com as of the past day or so. Had some fun games, blundered and lost to a much lower rated player, but also one where he beat Daniel Naroditsky (one of the best bullet/blitz chess players in the world).
  13. You're absolutely right. Of course, every UFO nut and especially this idiot that has been testifying in front of Congress recently, goes on and on about actual aliens and "biologics" and shit. One thing I've never understood though is why you would bother with drones/whatever. How does sending them out into the Universe benefit you and your civilization? If they could terraform planets, report back to you somehow about what they've found, or do basically anything beneficial to you it might make sense. Again, you and yours are stuck due to the laws of physics. So the robots can take over the Universe, but you can't. Unless they're hauling along some way to replicate your species, I suppose? In regards to the recent shenanigans in regards to UFOs, I'm all for it. Not because there actually are aliens or any such nonsense. But because it would be dope if the DoD and the Pentagon had to actually pass an audit and open up the books on where all the money is going.
  14. Yeah, it's just so wild to believe a sentient, intelligent, space-faring race of aliens exist but that they also somehow have found us in the vast infinity of the universe and only show themselves to Bubba the inbred hick or to people who have super-grainy camera footage as the only evidence. For aliens to be here they: 1. Have to have broken the fundamental laws of the Universe. No alien is getting here by slow-boating in a ship at some fraction of the speed of light. So they have to have FTL or some equivalent technology. It has been theorized these technologies are possible, but the amount of energy they would require is ridiculous beyond belief. If your civilization had the energy required to go anywhere in the Universe, why the fuck would you bother with Earth? I can go to Oklahoma anytime I want. Never do. Funny how that works. 2. They have to know where we are. Space is quite large. Unbelievably large, in fact. So large as to be literally infinite. The amount of the Universe THAT WE CAN SEE, which in no way the entire Universe, has a 46 Billion LY radius. It has somewhere in the region of 2 TRILLION GALAXIES. TWO. TRILLION. GALAXIES. Our galaxy by itself is estimated to have somewhere between 100-400 BILLION stars. Science has now proven that planets are ubiquitous across our galaxy. So aliens are the best Where's Waldo players ever. On a side note, it's estimated that the entire Universe is 26 TRILLION LY across. That's wild as fuck. 3. There has been some argument lately to the exact number, but it's estimated the Universe is 14.7 BILLION years old. That's a mighty long time, right? Except a nice chunk of time right after the Big Bang was so hot atoms couldn't form. Then, when shit cooled down just a smidge and atoms could form it took quite awhile for the first super massive stars to form. Because, as we know, all heavy elements exist because stars formed, burned bright, started converting their cores into heavier and heavier elements, and then exploded to spread that shit across the Universe to form into even more stars. Life on this planet took BILLIONS of years to evolve to its current state. We almost didn't make it plenty of times. So, knowing all that, we also know the last star should form around 100 TRILLION YEARS from now. We are nowhere close to the peak habitability of the Universe. We really should shave about 4-5 Billion years off the timeline for when sentient life could exist, but whatever. So, 14.7 billion divided by 100 trillion is .000147%. That's how old the Universe is compared to when the last star gets made. But somehow aliens have already created a Type 3/4 civilization, packed up the interstellar Winebago, found us, and are probing the asses of low IQ motherfuckers on our shitbird planet. There are no aliens. Just like there are no unicorns, dragons, Santa Claus, tooth fairies, or hot milfs in your area that want to fuck you. There are plenty of grifters who like making an easy buck off of gullible people and government types who like keeping the hoi polloi distracted while they continue to loot and pillage.
  15. Bud put on a fucking clinic. Don't know if that was anywhere near the best Spence out there, though. Dude seemed off from the jump. Who the fuck is Bud going to fight now, though? There's no one at Welter. Does he move up? Fight one of the Charlos?
  16. Honestly, something looked wrong with Spence before he even got in the ring. Dude looked baked as fuck. He's just getting annihilated. Damn.
  17. Ho-lee shit. Spence already got dropped.
  18. It's finally time. I legit don't know who is going to take this one. Popcorn. Is. Ready.
  19. Seems like if I were a billionaire and I desperately wanted to see the wreck of the Titanic up close I'd: 1) Build my own fucking sub that was actually able to do the trip 2) Ask ol' James Cameron if I could borrow his sub that went down 3x as far with no problems 3) Not stuff myself into a jerry-rigged POS with an idiot owner who cut corners at every turn and whose first interaction with me was to have me sign a contract saying he ain't liable for shit But maybe I'm overthinking it.
