  1. Will be there with my daughter and SIL. Also in attendance will be my first granddaughter attending her first UT game. She will be 2-1/2 months old at game time. Never too young to start them off right. Hook'em.
  2. Interesting grip on the ball. Wonder how often he throws the ball like this?
  3. Should be a National Holiday
  4. I live in the town where Roddrick Muckleroy is from. Every so often the high school purges old jerseys and offers them to be purchased by the students. My son was playing high football at that time and my younger nephew was a ball boy for the high school at the time since he was in junior high at the time. My nephew bought Roddrick's old high school jersey. One week Roddrick was at home for a Friday night game and was on the sideline. My nephew told Roddrick that he had his old jersey and he wished he had it with him so that he could sign it since Roddrick was signing other things. Roddrick asked where my nephew lived and said that he would swing by the next day to sign it. Sure enough he came by the next day and hung out with the boys for about an hour signing stuff, taking pics and just talking to my son, nephews, sister and BIL. Never got Josh Cochran to sign anything but he would come by the house from time to time because his girlfriend was good friends with my daughter (no pics).
  5. aggy tears and excuses.
  6. I am sure that she has probably picked up a thing or two from him.
  7. I went to LaTech's graduation ceremony back in May. Bradshaw was the Commencement speaker. He spoke about 20 minutes or so without notes. I was quite surprised as to how cohesive his message was as well as pertinent. And, it was funny and entertaining. He did make light of his "education". He did say things that only he can say as he called out many of his co-workers and their lack of graduating from college and even the college that they did attend. As students walked across the stage he personally acknowledged many of them. I am not too worried about his comments regarding Ehlinger as I do not see them as being said in a mean way. He is all-in as a Bulldog. After all, he was at booster event and people expect him to say something crazy. Still good bulletin board material to get all motivated to dominate the Bulldogs.
  8. 1939 is often considered as the greatest year all-time for movies. It is no wonder that aggy must associate with that year too. However, unlike a make-believe movie that has an ending, the make believe world that is aggy is never ending.
  9. Captain Miller: "Jeff Fisher....FUBAR" Entire platoon: "FUBAR"
  10. Perhaps yes, but he was making a field full of elite football players look stupid and not a college team that may have a handful of NFL prospects on the field at a time. Vince had the "It" factor many times over.
  11. I am thankful that I was able to watch him numerous times in person and old enough to appreciate what I was witnessing.
  12. What? You are married to my sister?!!
  13. KLTV News out of Tyler covered this event. It did seem rather mild considering what is at issue. I believe that the lady mentioned above is one that they showed a video clip of reading her statement. Good for her. Well stated.
  14. Have to go with Robert Newhouse with the Dallas Cowboys. Originally from Hallsville, TX. He was a quiet and humble man. There were Newhouses still playing for Hallsville up to about 15 or so years ago.
  15. And......?
  16. Can it auto-correct the path of the receiver or DB to the ball while in flight? Like lane control on your car? Can it guide tackler to the ball carrier? Does it help the ball carrier to avoid tacklers by creating a best path? If not the above, then WTF? If so, then I see a conflict of interests between offense and defense. Technology.....
  17. Only if you trick them out with tennis balls on the bottom.
  18. Nope. It is dressing your age.
  19. I agree but I like to think that he was celebrating Earl's awesomeness.
  20. He was probably being more emphatic about what Earl just did to the DB versus scoring a TD.
  21. Bergman, just because you can contact CDC does not mean you should contact CDC. Have a little self-awareness. You are going to ruin it for the rest of us who enjoy meaningful dialogue.
  22. I went to an App State last year in Boone when they played Troy State. Froze my butt off. Rabid fan base but the whole presentation was a bit over the top.
  23. Does it help with his 3 point stance?
  24. What happened to his hands?
  25. Do not care. The kicker is a football player that was running with the football. Plus....Tech.
