  1. I would do that
  2. I’m sorry that happened to you. That’s terrible. Sincerely.
  3. All the engineering libraries smelled like octopussy. Not In a good way. No groping observed.
  4. Now that the topic of climbing through drainage tunnels has come up, I’ll tell this short story of childhood stupidity. This little public park had horizontal concrete drainage pipes where you could see a little bit of light from one end to the other. We were small, probably 6yo. Yep, we went for it, and made it! We found another tunnel and decided to go for it, but we couldn’t see light. I went first and learned that it narrowed in diameter about 30 feet into it. Stuck! We all had to back up like a damn human centipede. No teachers or moms had any idea where we were. When we got out we acted like nothing happened.
  5. Dirt holes is easy. Hitting round rock limestone when you're only dick deep takes a commitment. I broke a tooth from gritting my teeth while hammering a spike to break that shit out. That was an expensive hole.
  6. I know Goose. He’s high AF.
  7. So this thread is about rape, abortion, guns, politics, and how to pick a college based on fear.
  8. I do. I coach them. “Don’t be a jerk you dipshit kids. “
  9. Now I recognize y’all won’t respect my moral high horse, but just teach your sons not to rape, and teach your daughters to be good. this is not an administrative issue.
  10. Plastic coated metal wire wicker is what you want. Cushions can be changed at substantial cost every five years. The frames are heavy though.
  11. Checking the oil
  12. My old dad lives in a retirement place, semi assisted. I am storing my old Avalanche there in one of his covered spots until my son is old enough for it. He bragged about driving it all over town to keep it running. Great. Thanks dad.
  13. What is that? Serious question.

  15. Isn't all porn being blasted out to space at light speed already?

    Top Gun 2

In ASE 2002, I had a couple of fellow students in ROTC. I was working on my private pilot license. One chick got a fighter slot, probably for being a chick. 5'3 auburn hair, pretty face, and thick in all the right places. We worked on an algorithm for the Navy to control flutter during high speed turns by modulating the flaps with computers. That was a fun project with her. I kept it in my pants because I was engaged.
  17. Got rained out. No races tonight. 1280 SAT hungover 1997. Came home at 3am. Exactly average for UT engineering.
  18. We were on an uneven grass practice field. The boys had cleats, which was a big advantage. We will be on a nicer field tonight. I may try again.
  19. In retrospect, they had cleats. I ran in jeans and sneakers. I’ll take that 6.2 with pride. Wanna race?
  20. I made my players time 40s tonight. Best was 5.2. I raced my son at practice. 6.2 40yd. Not great but I’m glad I stretched first. He beat me.
  21. Not really. But I’m m about to time some 40s at football practice.
  22. I guess I’ll tell another. Todd (our best athlete) was known as The Jack of all Trades. He plaid Safety, WR, tailback, and kicker. He would kick off and clear the uprights. Really, he was knocking that far and straight. He had a mean squib kick too. He would frequently score (at RB, WR, and safety pic six, which I take some credit for because of my fast OLB pressure) then he would kick his own extra point.
  23. I remember in off season the next year, coach decided we should wrastle. I was always pissed that he pulled me and Todd (the best athlete) for first round. I had never wrastled before. I got beat. Again. in retrospect, he pulled the underclassmen that were on varsity I would have preferred a tackle or TE that I knew how to fight on the line. Not the fucking Safety that took my spot. coaches are smarter than they look.
