High end customer service is a lost art, and frustrations shouldn't be muted (just don't take it out on the front line worker). Covid should never be an excuse either, the company should stay true to its brand whatever it takes.
Anybody ever been to the Clown Burger in Haltom City? My dad took me to that place a few times when I was a kid, over 30 years ago. Looks like it may have closed and reopened. The stand itself was a classic burger joint. All i remember was a white bag soaked in grease that bled through and the cooks were yelling at each other the whole time.
Typical situation you all are familiar with. We need to be somewhere today at noon.
On the way, we need to pick up something from the bakery that is 10 minutes away.
I tell my wife we need to leave by 10:30, which gives me that half hour buffer we all need to EVEN GET CLOSE to leaving on time.
I hit the bakery at 8am to get the item, now let her know we need to leave by 10:45 to be there on time.
We pull out of the driveway at 11:28.
The end.
The act is very generous, and this is what they do best. They will rally behind a cause and deliver.
The "why" behind their actions are what is suspect. This will be another look at me scenario for aggy.
