  1. And yes, that's Jon Rahm still on 15 at the top of the Freddie photo...
  2. Couples skipping on 16 (everybody who hit a tee shot then attempted a skip, at least for the 90 minutes that we were there). Yes, I saw Rory almost hit the turtle.
  3. The future champ pitching from behind the 15th green (he hit three or four). Taken from the tee box bleachers on the 16th tee with a lot of zoom.
  4. My Dad early Tuesday morning. What a fucking great day.
  5. You only need to do something if you want to add/reduce/move seats (assuming you renewed before the deadline last month). If you want your seats the way they are, you don't have to do a thing.

    RIP Clem Burke

Just a beast behind the kit. I remember an interview in which he apologized for playing “too hard” on “Dreaming” and that it would have been a bigger hit if he had toned it down a bit. Fuck that, Clem. Your performance on “Dreaming” is pure perfection.
  7. Had an incredible time out there today with my Dad (first time for both of us). Walked the whole back nine and spent the biggest chunk at the grandstand for the 16th tee. Everyone was skipping shots in addition to the regular tee shot. I think I got some decent photos with my ancient digital camera. If so, I’ll post some when I get back to Dallas.
  8. I was in Columbus in 2005.
  9. This pretty much describes his opening monologue when he hosted SNL a few weeks ago. I guess hosting SNL is just an awkward situation for a stand-up comedian, right? He was pretty good on the skits but damn the monologue was brutal.
  10. My wife is a Xavier grad and a huge hoops fan. She’s at the park with our kid and I have to tell her when they get home. Nice knowing you guys.
  11. Joe just bumped us after Boise’s win and he still has UNC as last team in.
  12. We all know stormtroopers can't shoot for shit, right? So when they capture Leia at the beginning of the VERY FIRST movie, the troop leader orders a wide stun field so that they can just knock her out and capture her. Why do they NEVER use this wide-field stun again? Seems like it might have been helpful on many occasions...
