GE also sucks because the cars have to be crazy stiff in order to keep the aero platform stable. That, plus they banned the super fancy dampers, and having smaller sidewall tires now have made them pretty shitty to drive. Bring back real suspension again!
https://a.co/d/dZzsnvs I have a Chemical Guys one from Walmart and it’s good too, but one from the Rag Company will be pretty much the best you can get.
This one is really good. I remember finding out about it from one of the Noble Records YouTube videos. It’s somewhat of a grail for collectors. That dude is also an encyclopedia for obscure rock and psych music. Fuck this toxic-ass team. Incredibly irresponsible by them. This statement even comes off as “Our bad (but if he did do it then he deserves all the abuse he gets!)”. The fact that it is coming from the people that have two fucking teams on the grid is even worse.
Unfortunately, that is the downside. I watch on an OLED and have the same issues. The individual apps do generally have a higher bitrate stream and look better, but they will be about 20-30 seconds behind the the YouTube TV stream (with broadcast delay enabled) if you care about that. Some careful adjusting of your low res content/clarity settings in your TV’s picture menu can help here as well. I would start here. The 4K package for YTTV does offer some channels in 4K and it does look way better. ESPN 4K is the worst (and if you use an Apple TV you won’t get a 4K feed due to the codec they use), but it still looks WAY better than the standard shitty feed. Fox games on their 4K channel look outstanding. You can actually get the 4K feed for those thru the Fox Sports app without paying for any additional package as well, if you want to try it for a game and see how you like it (there should be at least one Fox CFB game every week that they will have in 4K).
Oh, everything else looks great (including YouTube 4K, which I watch a lot of). It’s just sports on YTTV that look like ass. All the standalone apps look better (Fox, ESPN, Victory+, FanDuel, etc.).
