And the lead up to the American Revolution, The Bill of Rights, The Civil War and it's causes, the inter-war years, The Civil Rights era, and on and on.
That's about what it was in 2016 before the madness snowballed. The problem is without that 27% you can't get to 51%, and the only thing worse than Trump in the minds of the rank and file is a democrat.
The White House at night must be a wild place. Trump sitting there sundowning and shitting himself, Stephen Miller probably high as a kite on who knows what (ketamine or coke and booze would be my guess) All the various other hangers on doing anything to curry favor with the king and stealing anything that's not nailed down.
Just remember if there are run offs, you have to vote in whatever primary you voted in. So if you vote in the R primary to try to set up a paxton vs Talerico race, and Talerico and Crockett go to a run off, you can't vote in the D run off.
"I didn't say he was a mediocre man, I said he ran a mediocre campaign. Anyone who donated to his last senate campaign and still gets bombarded with fundraising texts might think I'm giving him too much credit"
I've been on record here since 2021 or so that I think they did. If you look at the way he behaved when he lost in 2020...like a guy who invested his life savings in a fight he was promised was fixed and still lost. Add in the way they claimed specific make/model voting machines were compromised. I think they manipulated vote totals in specific swing regions...probably by adding additional Trump votes to squeeze out a tight win, but not raise suspicions. I think they ran the same play in 2020, but didn't account for the massive increase in turnout, which is why Trump freaked out. They got it right in 2024, and here we are.
Pretty much what I figured. The Republican rat fuckers that baited her into jumping into this campaign are probably dislocating their shoulders patting themselves on the back.
