  4. What are the chances that a high fever in a pregnant woman could cause a real developmental issue with a fetus? I bet the risk is loads higher than the possibility of Tylenol causing autism.
  5. Crockett would kick her ass, then Loomer would claim she was trans and that would be the new MAGA fever dream for the next 6 months.
  6. If you told me Jerry was letting Putin run the Cowboys, I'd believe you.

  13. Wanna bet "Severe injuries"= a little road rash and a sprained wrist from trying to assault the guy through his car window.
  14. Trans Ideology The Gay Agenda CRT Woke Litter boxes in schools It's all just dog whistle bullshit. Ask any of them what it means and they can't tell you...or they'll get it totally wrong.
  15. 2014 I was in a specialist SE role at a big tech focused on VDI. A friend of mine from my team got downsized, and ended up at Nvidia. At the time they had just released some high end workstation GPUs that could be virtualized, and we were selling a lot of them in my practice. Anyway, my buddy reaches out to see if I'd be interested in jumping over there, so I went through the interview process. They eventually made me an offer, and low-balled me. I saw it as basically a lateral move to a niche company with less security than I had at the time(My twins were 7 then), so I said "thanks, but no thanks"... Buddy is still there, and just bought a house in Crested Butte..
  16. Should have never talked about the cocaine and hookers parties.
  17. "What Charlie Kirk's death has taught me about Enterprise Sales"!
  18. I used to have these neighbors...super nice people. I knew they were churchy, but seemed like the feed the hungry and care for the sick type. He worked in tech, she worked in the office at the elementary school. Always seemed happy, nice to everyone, never seen them post anything even remotely political on social media. He was one of the few guys in the neighborhood who checked up on me repeatedly after my divorce. She was absolutely off her rocker yesterday on FB. Like really ripped the mask off shockingly angry.
  19. There's a certain brand of Christian that is desperate to be persecuted. They'll claim anyone as "Christian" if it helps fit that narrative.
  20. Friend of mine married a Sarah Lawrence girl. Without a doubt the most homely lineup of bridesmaids I've ever seen.
  21. Yea, I gave him money too...and I'll give 4-5 more times between now and Nov 26. I'll probably get high as a kite on hopium between now and then, too...just to get crushed by reality in the end.
  22. As a founding member of this board's James Talarico fan club, this is the kind of race I was hoping he'd avoid. An almost certain L here will put him on the list of "popular with democrats but unelectable state-wide" candidates with Beto and Wendy Davis. I was hoping the party would find a congressional district for him, but with the new maps they're already going to have more qualified candidates than seats.
  23. another tree is our only hope
