  1. The strength of The Big XII still might get this team into The Tournament, but they don’t really look like a tournament team to me
  2. Oh yeah, that stretch was absolutely brutal, repeatedly blowing big leads. I’m often thinking while watching times like this year’s Detroit Lions playoff run when statements are made like “The last time The Lions were in the NFC championship game was way back in 1992……” that I’ve NEVER seen a Houston pro football championship game since I was only 3 years old the last time one made it that far. The list of current pro football cities never to play in a Super Bowl: Houston, Detroit, Cleveland, & Jacksonville. And all of those cities have played in multiple conference championship games since the last time a Houston pro football team made it that far
  3. It would appear this team’s only problem the last couple of weeks might’ve been a lack of motivation?
  4. Anyone else want a lifebuoy before The Alabama sinks?…..
  5. Tell him he better visit “sooner” this week or he might miss the train
  6. Horns need to Niblacken up our TE room….. Niblacken cards, Niblacken cars, all Niblacken everything…….
  7. Obviously Bama is, and always has been, a blue blood. But it was the bluest of bloods the last decade and a half for one reason and that reason just walked out the door. Will be interesting to see if top coaching candidates still view Bama as one of the top 3 or 4 college jobs in the country or if they view “Bama after Saban” as a lateral move or less. Not really sure how this is going to go
  8. 4th & 6 you mean? Yeah, that was definitely questionable the way Penix has played, but it was also on our side of the 50
  9. Well, Washington made the oddly correct move of keeping the ball out of the RB’s hands and in God’s (Penix’s) on this critical drive. Tip of the cap
  10. It’s not over yet folks. Will be interesting to see, if Texas scores a TD, whether Washington runs clock or keeps passing. There’s still ‘a way’ is what I’m saying
  11. I’m no NFL GM, but Penix feels like this year’s C.J. Stroud, only better. Draft Caleb at your own risk #1 pick
  12. Tying this game before the half was a necessity. Hook Em’….
