  1. Rationale has been discussed at length for stops in ATX, LA, Cincy and FL, but this is the narrative I have subscribed to as far as the logic behind the stops in Pittsburgh and Atlanta. Weakest basis is Pittsburgh - best guesses there are that (i) Urban was trying to line up (as Option A or B) the Pitt Recruiting Director that was his recruiting assistant at tOSU or (ii) Mickey Marotti was there for some reason - perhaps due to tOSU's upcoming game at MSU being up in the air this week until recently -- Marotti is from Ambridge, PA about ~20 miles outside of Pittsburgh and I think he still has parents/family there. As far as ATL, my bet is refueling/routine maintenance pitstop. As mentioned earlier today, that's one of Jet Linx's primary U.S. bases/FBOs. Based on this website about the base and some minor digging, seems like a cornerstone of Jet Linx's business is having negotiated lower jet fuel prices at its FBOs - I read that to mean that in practice Jet Linx might only refuel at bases like that one, or at the very least make the stop at a base to refuel and do regular/mandatory maintenance with their dedicated team there if it's on the flight path and logical. In any event, Peachtree is almost dead center on the flight path between Cincy and Tampa. Alternative reason might be simply to meet up with new passengers joining, such as those on this flight that has been mentioned in this thread - it gets into Peachtree tomorrow at 9:48 a.m., just 20 minutes after the "Kendra Scott" flight with Sarasota final destination.
  2. Wow, out of rep...but hot damn. This day has really turned around since the early morning bummer. Almost makes the collective efforts this week tracking and digging into this fucking plane all week (and consequent job losses) worth it...almost.
  3. Squid emoji = Urban. Magnet = direct contact with UT in some fashion or progression in negotiation/hiring process. Waves = Tampa. Golfer = Celebratory leisure activity. Skyline = LA. Hook 'Em = KSU game and/or announcement of Urban as HC. Herman loses to ISU --> bonafide contact with Urban is made re HC position --> series of plane flights with Urban and/or members of his immediate family and/or BMDs as passengers (ATX --> LA --> ATX --> COL (Shelley joins the gang) --> CINCY (Son joins the gang)) --> at some point during the span of days in which the flights were going on, Urban and UT come to agreement --> Urban, Shelley, Son and some UT big wigs arriving in Tampa and enjoying some celebratory golf/leisure activities --> Urban goes back to LA for his show Saturday, while Shelley and Son head off to their weekend in the FL Keys --> ending of KSU game sparks the transition announcements that Urban is in. Source: I speak squid.
  4. FWIW, beyond one small airport (Athens-Ben Epps Airport), the Dekalb-Peachtree is the closest airport to UGA.
  5. Behind in the thread, but sweetmotherofgod.gif.
  6. The plane that went Tyler --> COL --> ATX with timing that lines up with Burton's report now has a bunch of competing flights stacked up in its upcoming log (i.e., impossible that all/most of them happen), but one of the forks would take it from ATX --> Llano --> Dallas --> Raleigh/Durham by day's end. Eltife and crew going to kick the tires on Plan Z in Chapel Hill?
  7. Thanks, hope you're right! The things I remain convinced of are that the plane in question has ties to JW, outside counsel to the UT system, and KS, a UT professor and donor, and at the least is doing some very coincidental and wonky shit given the circumstances (and their recent flight booking tactics + blocking the tail number, etc. suggests they don't want people to be following it).
  8. Waking up this morning to the last few pages really taken the wind out of my sails, especially the ATL leg penciled in for the plane. Welp.
  9. This thread is now being discussed on the 247 boards. They're not nearly as witty or complementary as the Reddit bunch.
  10. One of them said I should "get an award or something" for my dumbass investigation. I'll allow it.
  11. Damn, good catch. Like license plates, you can reserve special registration numbers for aircraft. Wouldn't be the craziest part of this adventure.
  12. Oh man, really have to get some work done tonight so a deep dive will have to wait until morning unless someone else wants to handle that fun exercise in the meantime.
  13. Per Lexis, Tuggle was the registered agent for a couple weeks post-formation in 2017. It was then switched to one of the major national firms that handles that role, Capitol Services. Whichever Google-pulled site showing Tuggle as agent must just be outdated, she's only a manager currently.
  14. As said above, Tuggle is a manager of the entity (manager != owner), never said she had equity.
  15. The Lexis records show a couple of individuals as current or previous owners. I work with business organizations and corporate paper for a living, so my admitted guess that individuals (or their SPVs) hold equity directly in the LLC was based on that, as you wouldn't typically see multiple natural-person owners of an entity if the LLC was purely a holding company sitting below a 100%-owner parent entity. Anyways, that wasn't the point of the snooping. The connection to Kendra Scott / the PO Box ties were.
  16. Got damnit, I spent too much time looking into this shit/summarizing and was beat to the punch twice!
  17. Okay, so, BeyondATX LLC as discussed is the entity that owns the 2008 F900 with Tail No. N512KS. It is the only Austin-based F900 in the Jet Linx fleet, and its FAA-registered address ties to the Austin office of Jackson Walker. That tail number is also blocked on FlightAware, so it very well could be the one we have been tracking. One of the LLC's managers (equivalent of a director of a corporation) is Erin Tuggle, Partner at JW Austin that graduated from UT Law. The other manager of BeyondATX LLC is Matt Davis. Per Lexis, the registered address for both managers is PO Box 1465 Austin, TX 78767. An extensive Google'ing of that address will bring up a number of business entities tied to that address, including this one, this one and this one - there are also others. You'll note that Kendra Scott holds an officer or other management position with each of those entities, and that Matt Davis is a manager of the first one I linked above (Gray Street Real Estate LLC). Connection between the two is that Matt Davis is Kendra Scott's ex-husband. On a less interesting note, BeyondATX LLC also has connections to Eric W. Wenzel of California, though it seems like at least some of those connections are in the past (records show he was previously an officer; unclear whether he still holds an equity stake in the entity). Anyways, Wenzel doesn't appear to have any UT connections, though he is a Pittsburgh alumnus. His family also appears to have quite a bit of wealth (involved in retirement plan investment management, real estate, banking, etc.). Erin Tuggle and Matt Davis (Kendra's ex) are obviously involved in management of the LLC and its assets, and my best guess is that Kendra Scott, members of the Wenzel family and surely a number of other individuals are direct or indirect investors/owners of the entity.
  18. Yes and, I can't believe I'm typing this, but after some digging on Lexis I will post shortly about how this ties to Kendra Scott.
  19. Nice find. And beyond the Bill Powers connection to JW, the firm has regularly been (and probably still is) outside counsel to the UT system. Definitely ties.
  20. See my last post, which is talking about a Falcon 900EX EAS manufactured in 2008.
  21. Great find on the fleet webpage, but you're wrong that they only have one F900 in their fleet - you were only looking at the "Wholesale Fleet List." Check the same page you linked (here), and switch to the other tab titled "Fleet Information." You'll see there is another F900 on that page, based in Austin. It's owned by BEYONDATX LLC, registered address of 100 Congress Avenue, Suite 1100. Still digging around for more info on the owner entity, but that address ties to the Austin office of Jackson Walker. Edit: Interestingly, Jackson Walker is the firm Powers joined after stepping down as President.
  22. Sounds like Glen is speaking from experience, but this also lines up with what I saw while spending more time than I'd like to admit as an amateur looking at the FAA registry for Falcon 900s. Based on that, I don't think Jet Linx actually owns any F900s, which is consistent with the FlightAware page for this plane that lists Jet Linx only as operator. Like the plane that CTJ says the BMDs are using (assuming it's not the same one), FlightAware doesn't post the plane in question's owner, tail number, registration info, etc. since the owner went through the steps to block that from the public. If you went to the FAA registry and pulled the tail number of a "blocked" F900 and searched it on FlightAware, it would tell you it's not accessible. Only reason we can see the blocked plane we're talking about is because its page was pulled from the long list of arrivals/departures from ABIA and we have the link saved. I also looked into purchasing the full flight history, but at $394 it's cost prohibitive unless a Surly 1%'er wants to foot the bill. It does show the approximate number of annual flights for the plane though, which were 50 (2020 YTD) and 75 (each of 2019 and 2018). So based on what Glen said, seems like a logical candidate for plane share.
  23. Haven't heard that mentioned to this point. Have only seen reports that it drops Dec. 1, which is itself unverified and could only logically be based on the 2019 contract extension/amendment (which isn't public) since that would be inconsistent with his base contact.
  24. NSIAP, but these are the two Pittsburgh Panther staffers who I identified as having potential ties (one strong, other tenuous): Adam Caltury, Director of Recruiting - Served as a recruiting assistant under Meyer at tOSU; his current role at Pitt is the same one Mark Pantoni had at tOSU while Meyer was there (recruiting program coordinator) Michael Stacchiotti, Strength & Conditioning Coach - no ties to tOSU or any of Meyer's former HC stops, but Stacchiotti is an Ohio native (and a pretty well-respective S&C coach based on some quick digging); same role as Marotti, equally strong Italian name; was on Fickell's inagural staff at Cincy
  25. Seems equally plausible that Jet Linx (the operator of the plane in question) has a KCMH hangar but not one at KOSU or there is some other logical reason they might be obligated to fly into KCMH. Perhaps Urban might not want to fly into KOSU given the reason for his visit / the general circumstances? Just seems like a silly basis for dismissing a plane that has taken a very unique path (AUS --> LA --> AUS --> COL) that largely lines up with the timeline of speculated events.
