  1. Best burger joint in Silsbee, TX. GO.
  2. Got damn, burger talk not going away. And to think I previously felt the surly Kendra Scott episode was bad.
  3. 28 minutes out. doit.gif
  4. Hammer out finer points before putting wet sigs to paper (fuck e-sigs), scope out his new office digs, spit in Herman's face and/or house shop? Some of y'all are really trying to rain on this parade, huh? Of all the crazy shit that has been speculated/posted in this thread, you're trying to tell us that the idea of Urban being in LA a couple days after final scene or flying to ATX really registers on the "no fucking way" meter?
  5. The bottle with 60-day prescription of blue performance enhancers was implied. No need for any of us to get down about ourselves.
  6. Clearly to stick around for ~48 hours until he could meet with Fox execs to work through procedure for his departure from Big Noon Kickoff. Or be in-person with his new agent (whoever that might be, but, you know, lots of 'em in LA) to finalize negotiations before hopping on a plane to one of two destinations dependent on outcome of same: Dublin, OH or Austin, TX.
  7. Not to speed up your impending death or anything, but just going to leave this here and say skip to the 51:50 mark in the podcast.
  8. The flight coming in is operated by Jet Linx, which appears to have a hangar south of the main terminal. Here's the Google Maps view - this what you're referring to?
  9. Now THIS is how you take FlightAware to the next level. You are a saint among scoundrels.
  10. Who is volunteering to be at Austin-Bergstrom by 9:40 p.m. CST to scope out the private airstrip with camera in hand? Already asked Case but was shot down. Bonus points for accomplishing a CUM shoutout over the airport intercom.
  11. Not to derail, but this plane has my interest. Took a trip from St. Augustine, FL to Austin on Saturday before going over to Los Angeles later that day (specifically to Van Nuys, which is ~15 miles from Fox's studio/Hollywood and known as a go-to airport for celebrities and other discreet travelers). It's scheduled to fly back to Austin tonight. That plane is "blocked," meaning its tail number, owner, etc. are hidden from the public on FlightAware. It's a Dassault Falcon 900 though, which is a $3.5MM+ jet that isn't produced in Camry-like numbers -- the FAA registry shows there are roughly 45 of them registered to TX-based owners (number drops to about 25 total if you only include those in the "blocked" category). Just cherry picking, but one of those blocked F900s is owned by Cardinal Capital Partners, a real estate PE shop in Dallas founded/led by a UT alumnus of the name Gil Besing. Another is owned by a company called Green Longhorn Air LLC. I'm sure some BMDs could probably be unearthed using the FAA registry and Google if one were so inclined.
  12. Nvm, my memory is shit.
  13. Seeing now that this plane made another same-day trip from Columbus --> Austin --> Columbus a week prior (11/18).
  14. Here's a private plane with trips yesterday from Columbus, OH --> Austin and, after a one-hour pit stop, from Austin --> Orlando, FL. Registered owner is Columbus-based real estate firm Joseph Skilkin & Co., presumably for use largely by Steve Skilken, President of the company who was an All-American diver at tOSU (and appears to be a significant donor to athletics - see page 37). Would cut against the narrative that UT BSDs are flying Urban around, but perhaps the Skilken and Meyer families are close given through ties in the tOSU athletic department and Columbus area and UT is footing the bill for the charter.
  15. Maybe it’s the drinks causing hazy memory or perhaps it’s the distracting posts re the character arc of futureman’s chocolate starfish moving from the “climax” to “falling action” phase, but weren’t you posting earlier this weekend about personal source(s) saying CUM wasn’t going to happen? Are those same source(s) singing a different tune all of a sudden, or was personal speculation?
  16. Oh, fuck right off. Simply clarifying the context for those in the audience that might not have watched the bit. Hell, there was an entire web article posted earlier in the thread that framed Urban's reply in a similar fashion (that he was thinking about whether to take the UT job). He was "thinking about" his best college town pick. But agree with all of your other points - the shit-eating grin in response to Leinart, immediately shifting to head-ducking/being uncomfortable about the subject once remembering the cameras were rolling, etc. Signs are clear he is at the very least considering the job if it were to open (if not already discussing or even agreeing to terms in principle).
  17. Point taken, but I have to call out that the "quote" you reference is framed out of context. That was his reply to Brady asking if Austin was going to Meyer's pick for the "best college town" bit.
  18. 1.) Is there any event last week that would all of a sudden spark weekend behind-the-scenes coaching moves? Only notable developments I can think of are Boom being fired (Sunday), Kansas game being postponed (Wednesday) and Ewers committing to tOSU (Thursday). I'm guessing Ewers would be the most logical, but then again that was largely expected. Perhaps Herman had projected confidence in getting Ewers back on the boat or Ewers was in fact waiting to see what coaching change UT made (if any) and the commitment was a clear signal he was tired of waiting and the window for us taking action with his attention was quickly closing (or already has). 2.) In my totally uninformed opinion, not buying the Herman to SCAR or some middling P5 or G5. I know there has been some limited speculation that Herman is discontent, and obviously his relationship with CDC and others that matter is strained at best, but feels the 9.95'ers would have more specifics and report it with more spotlight if there was truly smoke. Not to mention it seems like a very rare event for a coach to voluntarily jump down (let's consider the "hot seat" situation voluntary) a couple significant rungs in the CFB hierarchy - ones that come to mind are Holgo to UH, Jimbo to A&M (though they'd argue otherwise) and Franchione to A&M (though Bama of that era was not the Bama of today). I can think of significant distinctions between those three situations and Herman's. I know there are other examples, just wondering whether my gut feeling is correct that Herman jumping down could be unprecedented in some respects.
  19. Don't think it has been but it's behind a paywall.
  20. The fun and whole point of this thread is centered entirely on speculating about the (albeit very unlikely, some would say zero) possibility that Urban finds his way to UT. The thread would literally would not exist if everyone was, like you, informed and not ignorant and therefore believed there is without a doubt literally zero chance of it happening and not even entertaining to discuss. Maybe go start a "Urban is not coming here, you morons" thread and spend time in there listening to either crickets or your own curated echo chamber of intellectuals while lubing up your turd cutter. And since we're idiots but not hypocrites, you'll be totally justified giving grief to anyone that wanders in your thread to scream -- "It COULD happen and you're all dumbasses for only talking about how/why it's not going to" -- you know, because those people would kind of be defeating the purpose / running contrary to the purpose of your super fun thread. TL; DR: You've made your position known countless times. It's noted, no one cares and reiterating it every time you have a bowel movement with Tapa in hand contributes nothing to the discussion or purpose of the thread. And you don't know shit about what is going to actually happen here, none of us do. It's all speculation and the odds being in favor of your prediction don't change that.
  21. Damn, when you put it that way, it really delivers the message in a different and more compelling way than the last 100 posts in which you've expressed the same sentiment. Maybe if you rephrase the same thing on every new page of this thread it'll convert some of the others.
  22. Sounds like a question he can quickly answer via PM.
  23. In the unlikely event anyone is interested in where the rabbit hole has taken me on this very productive day, I have done some digging and am pretty confident I've figured out who ScottButter is. If correct, I can understand why the Cocks 247 mods are comfortable going so far as to post support/confirmation of him being legit and having connections.
  24. Adding to this theory, another scoop by ScottButter that turned out to hit was about Deebo Samuel, WR for the 49'ers and former Gamecock. Deebo is represented by Jimmy Sexton of Creative Artist Agency, who also happens to rep Coach Boom.
  25. In lieu of a check, Mr. Derpyhorndog kindly requests contributions be made to the brown-eye blasting fund at www.onlyfans.com/futureman. Thanks in advance.
