  1. Whatever guys I wasn't even born. Aggy waves a sword like a fucking idiot at [any person here]. End of story.
  2. A friend of mine is an aggy undergrad and med school grad living in College Station. I recently had to educate her on the SMU cheerleader/saber incident. Apparently it's not commonly taught at the FISH indoctrination.
  3. He's got that Jay Cutler "I don't really care do u?" face, doesn't he?
  4. Tennessee when they mistake the "UT! UT! UT!" chants as a rallying cry.
  5. It's not a $150M loss. We'd collect on the SEC Network - less than $15M/year, but the gains would likely overcome the losses. Also, we've probably still got another year, so it will be less than 150.
  6. They were worried that Aggy would harm the sterling academic reputation of the conference.
  7. What the fuck is baw ball?
  8. Gentlemen's agreements tend to break down when hundreds of millions of dollars are in play.
  9. Ah yes. Matt Corral. Completes a lot of passes, just not always to the right team.
  10. Fuck BleacherReport
  11. That shop really needs to get their Average Time to Collect numbers sorted out.
  12. Reminds me of Taysom Hill...

    TEXAS QB TALK

That's not a prediction. That's a guess, and it sounds like they know as much or less than the rest of us.
  14. Underground one
  15. Don't know of anywhere in stock, but it's floating around the secondary for 100-110
  16. If I were staying at the Westin or nearby, I'd walk a couple blocks up to Jetsetter for cocktails. https://www.instagram.com/jet_setter_sa/?hl=en
  17. Tried out Jardin at the SA Botanical Garden for Sunday brunch, Chef Jason Dady's (Range, Tre Trattoria) latest place. Mediterranean-style with a few twists. Great ambiance within the Garden and a shady patio with fans and umbrellas. Can buy drinks and walk around. Table of 4 ordered: Shared plate of naan/pita and crispy pork belly hummus - this was unreal and truly unique Beef kabobs Lamb burger 2x Mediterranean bowls Beers on draft Aperol spritz Frozen peach bellini Food was fantastic. Service wasn't great and definitely the weak link. We'll be going back because the atmosphere was excellent and the food was worth ignoring the bad attitude from the server.
  18. This could be said for a lot of things outside of Tex-Mex, but I think you can find fantastic meals in most cuisines. It's not like New York where you can drunk stumble into any random deli and get a world class reuben, but I'd prefer quality over quantity. Getting reservations in SA is easy.
  19. I've been to the 1604 location a few times and the private event menu was serviceable, but I wouldn't make a special trip.
  20. North Italia is a chain. Better than Olive Garden, but there are better options. In addition to Battalion, Nonna Osteria is quite good.
  21. I lived in Austin for 6 years and San Antonio for the last 4. It's not the 80 miles that makes the difference, but the cost of living.
  22. This. I like this.
