  1. it will be interesting since both teams are in the playoff regardless people may budget for playoff rounds vs. champ game. you would think Georgia would be more though since a lot of them are within driving distance. That said probably a good number of horns within driving distance and SEC championship is "new" for us.
  2. they beat the mighty undefeated in the SEC(at the time) fightum texum aggys by 24 points in a massacre.
  3. to be fair, he's got about a 45% chance of showing up to a loss at aggy.
  4. SIAP. which one of you beautiful assholes did this
  5. I think one of the announcers(was it Tirico?) may have read some of the lyrics while they were shown on screen. where we say "and it's goodbye to A&M" and where they say " Texas University" Next year we need to pay ESPN Chyron guy to spell their name on the chyron scoreboard "Texas A$M Aggys" My guess is someone knew the chyron guy and the director and begged them to do it.
  6. on rewatch the only one I thought was not the right call was the roughing on Ewers. I would have been pissed if it was called against us. they really need to look at targeting and what they want to call or not call. The Georgia/GT non called targeting on the fumble is the very definition of what targeting is is for as far as the safety aspect. criminal it wasn't even reviewed but SEC was probably working the booth since it was ACC on the field.
  7. It is possible. would be great if Clemson wins and it is all 0,1,2 loss teams with Clemson, UNLV. and Miami at 10-2, 3 loss SEC teams out. the howling will be at 11.
  8. whoever the 5 seed is I think I'd like for them to destroy both the 12 and the "4" so we can potentially get to just ranking 1-12.
  9. It seems like the new dynamic is if you are B1G or SEC Loss column then eye test. UNLESS you are new money like Indiana with a shitty SOS. Then ACC and then Big 12 based on loss column then eye test. SMU will have some "new money" negative bias. SOS seems to mean shitall to people again. it is pretty funny. all this discussion and it still comes down to loss column and eye test (which include conference strength eye test) to separate equivalent loss column. one caveat on loss column is the bias only exists for one loss difference between B1G/SEC and ACC/Big 12. Basically B1G/SEC teams get a mulligan.
  10. in watching the replay, the upback on the left had to have miscounted how many were on his side of the ball. complete bust.
  11. It will be interesting where the committee has them. I expect same placement because they want Bama in.
  12. the whole pregame was like an aggy home production...why in the hell would we be mad or scared to play a team that we beat 70% of the time we play.
  13. holy shit. they use Sarks first year at Texas but not Venables first year at Oklahoma.
  14. with Miami and Clemson losing there is no way UGA gets dropped with a loss.
