  1. Btw - some corporate firewalls block new domains as well. So that might break this. FYI.
  2. that mascots waistline IS in that screen cap.
  3. Ok not weather, but we had an earthquake roll through here this morning 10:22 AM EST. https://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/eventpage/us6000pmk3/executive Ultra small like 2.5 when it got here - felt like a huge dump truck went by the building.
  4. While it started a touch earlier, the Kane era did coincide with the main period of stability as well as sustained success in the league. Kane's first EPL appearance was late in the 2013-14 season with his first real season being 2014-15. Given the desire to minimize spending, I don't think it's all that much of a shock that Spurs best recent era coincided with our academy producing a generational talent and getting some hits with some young talent (Rose, Bale, Dele, etc). But if this team is going to want to do this on the cheap, the Academy is going to need to produce at a higher rate.

  6. It also shouldn’t be a shock that Spurs came out flat after the half - they were still tired and probably took a few minutes to get back in the game and by then they’ve given up the two goals.
  7. I can't speak for Schulz, but I can say I am very much a fan of the team, but getting very apathetic to the leadership. Watching this team just constantly do the same thing over and over and getting these results is just frustrating. You see a post like Derka's in the EPL thread (the one on the last 3 managers) and you see the difference between a team with no plan (Spurs) and teams with plans. The other 3. Conte and Mou are both at clubs where they have a lot of talent relative to the league. Forest, a team that was setup to play Defend and Counter, brought in the manager specifically for that and with great results. Spurs plan is ... What exactly? Buy our way to something? When we don't spend money? If I were Levy, the real play should be: This season is lost because of all of our injuries. We have 2 goals now: Win 1 or multiple of Carabo, FA or Europa League and Don't get relegated. So long as we aren't relegated, you're coming back next year. And we'll bring in some pieces to help now and in the long term.
  8. They can firing him, but I'm seeing flashes of 2021 again when Spurs were in the Carabo Cup Final - but fired Mourinho the week prior. Now they are deep in the Carabo Cup again and well into the Europa League ... and they are going to be just as dumb.
  9. BTW - While I think the Cowboys are a lost team right now, I would call us worse than that - we're currently the fucking Jets, a team that also lacks a plan, but worse does thinks on whims - bringing in Rodgers, firing the coach, and GM, etc.
  10. Paging @Ghost of LL
  11. The bigger issue is that the team has no wide vision, no plan. You can't fire your coach without that. Look at Dallas - they just fired McCarthy, yeah he was a fat fuck, but I also have to admit 7-10 given his #1 QB down most of the year - impressive. What is the plan firing him?
  12. Just a reminder - Levy Is not the owner. He’s the caretaker.
  13. The announcers talk about poor decision making. As if being exhausted doesn’t have anything to do with decision making.
  14. You can say that again
